I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. Their website says they service Jefferson County, Washington but they don't come to Jefferson County, Washington. I told them they should remove Jefferson County Washington from their website as this is false advertising. No telling what else they lie about.

The first technician determined the gas furnace is good and the air duct is the problem. After I checked the air ducts in my crawl space and found no problem, I called Air Masters on what I found and it sent service technician out again for free. This time the second tech said I have a plugged-up heat exchanger. I decided to replace the gas furnace instead and the problem fixed. So the only thing I know is my old furnace was bad.

Completely removed old heating system and installed new heat pump system in 2 days. Customer rep followed up with an installation verification and provided system details. All work was professional quality and technicians were very courteous and professional.

Everything went fine, they even came in a year later to make sure the system was still working well. Very happy with job performance.

Our repair experience was great with our technician. He went over the problem explaining exactly what sevice we needed and then completed the work in a timley manner. We will always call Air Masters first.

The service pro from Airmasters was wonderful! He arrived on time and professional, suggested maintenance I wasn't aware that we needed done but was well past due! The quote was spot on for service and performed as promised. On another note we had a really amazing experience with an Airmasters pro during snowpocolips he assisted with getting me and my friend out of a snowy trap.

Very well, they communicated thoroughly with us and completed the job as they said. We are very pleased with the overall job.

It is an older system but not quite in need of replacing right now.

Quote was middle of the road compared to competition, i checked 5 total contractors, but got their best unit so decent value. Workers were quick and friendly. My downside with them was when we did the quote and install everything seemed fine, but a couple days later (well after electrical was done and certified) i was called and informed that they would need to remove some emergency coils and breaker switch because my power box couldn't handle it after all. I made a request for a refund for the parts i paid for and were now being taken. I got no immediate response, this was just before summer. When my free season inspection came around, from winter into spring, i again asked for a refund. The mechanic made a call and the filter as well as a new sensor switch ( switch was needed because the unit stopped working when the seasons changed for some reason) were free as compensation in lue of refund. Took a while but was satisfied. That mechanic was friendly and competent too. I love the unit they installed and would give them a second chance, but might get my own inspection before signing off for work completion and payment.

They do a yearly inspection and filter cleaning of electric furnace and heat pump.n

They sent a novice to repair a wall furnace. Never had worked on one, tore it apart, couldn't see prob. Said get a new one and left. Billed me $150.

The Technician did a great job manufacturing and installing the new upgraded system. He finished the job on time and within the estimated cost. Outstanding customer service.

Gave an F because they did NOT do any work for me. Only gave a bid which was too high.

Got estimate for to replace home forced air heater with new heat pump. Also needed to make change to over the stove vent work. The estimator would not return to the house for further review unless be paid him $200. We chose another provider in Tacoma.

The guys were really great they showed up and got the work done and in the middle of the process we got a phone call that Jims mom was about to pass and we needed to leave right away. The guys did their best to get it done quickly. When we returned the company had sent us a very nice sympathy card. They send emails to remind us to change the filters etc. I would recommend this company 100 times. :)
