Locally owned & operated by Mark & Rosemarie Timmerman since 1986. Air Masters Heating offers Heating & Cooling Service, Energy Saving Preventive Maintenance, and 24 Hour Emergency Service through their highly trained Service Department. Air Masters Heating provides service to Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Kingston, Belfair, Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and neighboring communities.

The first technician determined the gas furnace is good and the air duct is the problem. After I checked the air ducts in my crawl space and found no problem, I called Air Masters on what I found and it sent service technician out again for free. This time the second tech said I have a plugged-up heat exchanger. I decided to replace the gas furnace instead and the problem fixed. So the only thing I know is my old furnace was bad.

Tech was very knowledgeable however this was second time with similar problem and was charged both times. Some areas were still under warranty. The work that was done was very good but a tendency to over charge was evident, so be careful.

The service pro from Airmasters was wonderful! He arrived on time and professional, suggested maintenance I wasn't aware that we needed done but was well past due! The quote was spot on for service and performed as promised. On another note we had a really amazing experience with an Airmasters pro during snowpocolips he assisted with getting me and my friend out of a snowy trap.

Completely removed old heating system and installed new heat pump system in 2 days. Customer rep followed up with an installation verification and provided system details. All work was professional quality and technicians were very courteous and professional.

It was wonderful. The installer was on time courteous and friendly. He took the time to do the job right. We have been very happy with our new Mitsubishi Ductless system. We will continue to use Air Masters for all of our heating needs.
