"They were great about being able to respond fast but I had to have them come back to fix one of our toilets that still was having issues. After the 2nd visit, both toilets were working correctly. I also had to pay a credit card processing fee which initially I was told I would not have to pay. I could have written a check to avoid this. The repair cost was almost $500 to fix 2 toilets, I probably could have bought 2 new toilets for this price although I would have still have had to deal with installation. They charge $270 to install a toilet, pricey in my opinion."
