Cahill's Plumbing & Heating

This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Jason was terrific. Although he was later than promised, I received a call TELLING me he would be late, which is great customer service these days. He was friendly, skilled, and I couldn't ask for more. I will request Jason in the the future, and will always call Cahill's when I need a plumber.

Very well. The guys showed up right on time. They were professional and friendly. Job was completed very quickly. I'm pleased and would hire them again.

Everyone was polite and courteous from the person who answered the calls to the technicians that came to do the work. The price was fair and the work was done in a professional manner.

They were able to give me quote over the phone and also schedule me the next day! Harry called me in the allotted time frame and stated he was 10 minutes out. That gave me enough time to lock up the cats. He arrived and put on booties which was very nice, and got straight to work removing the old faucet and then installing the new one. He finished installing and cleaned up everything and explained the final bill. Was a great experience!

Experience with this company was very positive. Owner was easy to reach, work was performed the next day and workers were competent and professional.

Rick communicated well, came on time, went into the crawl space, did the necessary troubleshooting and took care of the problem in a very professional manner.

Great work, after some minor scheduling challenges, they arrived and got the work done quickly, professionally and with a high level of quality, I'm very pleased with the work.

Measurements were off creating extra finish work. Work was bid at 1200 total time on the job for two plumbers 3 hours not including travel time.

These guys were amazing! We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them. At exactly noon they were back at my house and had all the valves changed out in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, clean, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Jason and Harry were the team that came to my house and I would highly recommend them. And thanks to Russell, the owner, for giving us a great deal on the work his team did. We will be calling on Cahill's for any future plumbing needs.

They were polite, and put the shoe protectors on before coming in. They stayed until the got everything done. They even cleaned up the water under the sink, and did a great job cleaning up everything else. I would recommend them to anyone. They were so nice, and showed up when they were supposed to. They came here with 2 employees, and were here for about 4 hours. If I ever need a plumber, I will call them.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Were very careful to collect and/or cleanup any water drips. Had to cut wall board in laundry room to repair hose bib. Removed as small a piece as possible and replaced when finished.

My experience was great. They were right in the middle. The quality was great. We've had no problems. Everything just worked out great.

Jason and Henry crawled  through a very unpleasant 3' space between our first and second floor to find out that there was a double ptrap install and the vent line just venting into open space. They corrected the plumbing, installed a studer cap and brought everything upto code (fixing the bad smell) problem.

I really appreciate there willingness to belly craw into a tight space to solve the problem without having to cut a hole in the celling.

They came in just under what they estimated it to cost. Showed up promptly and were professional. This is the second time I have used Cahill's Plumbing and have always had a good experience.

It went great!  They drilled, plumbed, and tested their work.  The first plumber I had out for an estimate quoted about $1300 for the job, about what we paid for the fridge!!  Cahill gave us an estimate over the phone of $450, sight unseen.  They were totally capable and did their work professionally.  I have finally found a great plumber!

Jason and Harry arrived early to the house (I was late!). They came in, listened to the problem, and got right to work. They were efficient and worked great as a team, completing the repair in just about an hour. No more leaks! They cleaned up everything and were very friendly, answering any questions I had. Would definitely use them again.

They came in and started working right away. They did a good job. I was responsible for the toilet issue so I was billed $50.00. The sink was billed to my landlord.
