Working with Arash was great. He responded quickly to my initial query on Angie's List and came by to give me a bid. From there we were able to get on the calendar that same week and work around my schedule. The work and price were great. Would definitely hire again for any plumbing needs.

Ridgid plumbing technician came first time and fixed only half of the problem. It seems he did not diagnose the problem properly. I had to call them again twice after the first visit to fix the water leak. In the third trip the owner came and did the work. However, at the end he found another leak which was not there when he started the work. I am not sure if this was an accident or not. I asked him to fix it but he over charged me. Ridgid Plumbing does good work but over charge for the service.

Trust Ridgid Plumbing to deliver on your repair or install. Plus, they truly respond with customer service. Five months after a new toilet install, the owner, came to my home to complete an adjustment. "NO CHARGE", is what he said when leaving.

Satisfied with the job he unclog my toilet and replace the parts inside the tank and tested and guaranteed for six months and he cleaned after himself he had all the parts for all kind of toilets very happy with his service I will call Ridgid plumbing again

I can't thank Arash enough for his amazing work! He is an excellent plumber and very responsive to any questions I had prior and after the work was completed. He did my shower plumbing and installed our new sink, faucet, and fixed few other things in the house. A really nice guy too. I will definitely use him again should the need arise!

The work was done promptly and well and has lasted. During the hot water water unit installation they saw that an old long water pipe overhead had loosened, which could lead to a slow leak over time. That was diagnosed and repaired with the installation, preventing future trouble. The sewer work was big, requiring repeated careful drilling out the line. They were patient and thorough, and left the laundry room (where the entrance to the pipe was) clean and back in order after the hours of work. My husband and I were extremely happy with the work and the price.

Used Angie List to receive a match to obtain a list of companies that can provide services. Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services, LLC called right away. I was asked a few questions about the issue and was scheduled for a visit first thing the next morning. Arash arrived in a timely manner. Took a look at the issue, provided details on what could be done to resolve the issue (best and worst case scenario). Completed the work and now the toilet works like normal.
