"I submitted my request on a Sunday for a clogged toiled and they had someone scheduled for the same day in the evening. I appreciated how professional the admin was and how quickly she could get someone in to fix my issue. John S. Came in the evening and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He checked out my toilet, talked through things I’ve tried to do to fix it before he came in, diagnosed it and shared what he thinks is happening and other possibilities, and we talked through the price before he went in to fix it.
