"Jaman was professional, courteous and got things done quickly. He exceeded expectations! We had a toilet that needed a new seal. He assessed the situation, quoted and did the work. He went above and beyond to level things given our uneven concrete floor so that the problem won’t reoccur, all the while keeping us informed and explaining what was needed. Thank you and huge thumbs up!!"

"I love these guys and they will be my go-to for any work they do in the future. I replaced a toilet myself but still had some issues with water leakage. They looked things over a d verified I did the toilet replacement correct but were able to identify the leak and help me address it."

"I submitted my request on a Sunday for a clogged toiled and they had someone scheduled for the same day in the evening. I appreciated how professional the admin was and how quickly she could get someone in to fix my issue. John S. Came in the evening and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He checked out my toilet, talked through things I’ve tried to do to fix it before he came in, diagnosed it and shared what he thinks is happening and other possibilities, and we talked through the price before he went in to fix it. Unfortunately what we were hoping was an easy fix wasn’t and he had to change the diagnosis and update the cost. Luckily this next diagnosis was correct and he was able to unclog the toilet! There was a small plastic cup blocking the toilet hole and he was able to take it out after pulling the toilet. He put everything back and cleaned the area. I really appreciated his help and he shared some tips to help keep things running smooth. John was great and I highly recommend him!!"

"The arriving technician was cordial in dealing with me. In this period of the pandemic, he observed health protocols diligently. However, he was not as knowledgeable as he should have been regarding the subject of toilets. Cutting to the short of it, after charging me the $230 for the service call of using the 6-foot toilet snake and not addressing the performance of the toilet, I found the problem inside the reservoir tank, which he had examined. He seemed more intent on selling me a new toilet installation than he did at providing a fix."

"He took his time explaining what valves he’d use and why. I had 35 year old shutoff valves for toilets and sink. Some were already hard to turn. I also had a toilet to replace. His quote was understandable and hidden costs. On time. Professional. Easy to work with. I’ll have them back for another project."

Toilets questions, answered by experts

The main cause of bathroom leaks is seals and connectors that loosen or deteriorate over time, causing leaks to develop. It's important to stay on top of your bathroom materials, as toilets, showers, and sinks all have different lifespans. Toilets and faucets last between 10 and 15 years on average with regular maintenance, but different parts may have shorter lifespans than others.

Yes, you can clean a toilet tank with white vinegar. Before you do, shut off the water supply to the toilet. Then, flush it to empty the tank. Next, combine one part vinegar with one part water in a spray bottle and spray the mixture inside the tank. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then rinse away the vinegar by pouring clean water into the tank. Make sure the tank is empty, then dip a scrub brush in vinegar and clean the tank’s inside walls. Turn the water back on and flush again to rinse away the vinegar.

Some of the most common bathroom leaks include showers, sinks, and toilets. Most homeowners discover these leaks because of the chronic dripping sound faucets and showers make as water drips to the ground, but a leaky toilet will often appear as a puddle. Inspect your bathroom faucets, showers, and toilets every month to detect leaks quickly.

To drain a broken toilet, place towels or plastic sheeting around the base in case of splashing or overflowing. Next, shut off the toilet’s water supply, usually via a valve on the wall behind the toilet. Begin flushing the handle to remove as much water as possible from the tank and the bowl. Don’t flush the toilet if it’s clogged, though. From there, use a large sponge to soak up any remaining water and wring it over a bucket.

If you need to repair part of your plumbing, it will cost an average of $330. The cost of plumbing repairs is influenced by several factors, including the type of drain and the specific repair needed.
