They installed 180 feet of Black Galvanized Chain link fencing and three gates across our back yard and tied it in with our existing side yard privacy fencing. We love it. It is exactly how we envisioned it would look. He quoted almost $3000 less (before tax) than another company and did more work. The other company actually wanted us to clear the growth before they put the fence up. Ramiro cleared it for us at no extra charge. In addition, he fixed our side fence gate lock and added an extra part to the wood fence so the little dog couldn't squeeze out. If we texted Ramiro he answered within minutes. "Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
