"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. Upon meeting Heidi for a consultation I knew she would get the job done to my satisfaction. I had just lost my husband a couple of months prior to our meeting. She was empathetic and considerate of my budget. Not only did she and her team help me with painting, power washing and other small jobs that I needed done for the sale of my home, but also helped me with things like hanging large mirrors, electric fireplace's, pictures and other things that my husband would have normally done for us in my new home. She assured me that no job was too small. And she was right! Patrick is a delight to work with. Very pleasant and a hard worker. FYI if you put on some classic rock he might even sing a tune for you! These people are terrific and I will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone I know!"

"Are, project manager for Finecraft, promised a 6 day finish time but took over 2 ½ weeks. Our oak floor was damaged when masking tape holding paper walkway was removed taking Swedish finish with it. We have stripes from front door to back door and have to have the entire floor screened and recoated costing us $2,000. Workers never communicated with us about problems that arose. They appear not to have been given appropriate equipment to cut the large porcelain tiles. They made repeated measuring/cutting errors so took several days to cut the 15 tile sections needed. The cut edges are ragged and in some cases, have chipped corners and were set unevenly. No one communicated that they were going to use an edge trim product other than porcelain for the edges nor that we could choose the color of that product. Someone just chose white rather than match the tile and it looks terrible around the edge of the shower and pony wall and particularly framing the shampoo niche. The shower floor tile was not cleaned of the excess grout and is dulled and coarse. The pieced-in floor tile between the toilet and new pony wall was done poorly with uneven spacing and will require removal and resetting to be remedied. We were very unhappy with the result and with the attitude taken by Ari the project manager minimizing the damage to the oak floor and the quality of the work. He lamented that the extra cost of plumbing work had reduced Finecraft s profit on the job even though his big sales pitch was that no change order costs would be charged if unexpected conditions were encountered. He overpromised on this project, did not provide the skilled workmen necessary and did not communicate sufficiently with us or with his workers as the job proceeded. In summary: this company did not do a quality job, failed to discuss options and problems as they arose, damaged an unrelated part of our house and was incapable of fixing its errors. We settled for $1000 off a total of $16000. That was not adequate compensation but we did not want this company working in our house any more."

"Started out fine should of noticed some signs of his Deceptive Business Practices. â  ï¸ Watch out dishonest holds back Crucial information! Uses Deceptive business practices â  ï¸ he laughed at me after he had me demolition my house and revealed only after he thought the demolition was completed he then revealed the actual cost and said he knew about it withheld it from me. He also withheld the full blueprint plans lied about costs and lied to the attorney general about the project. He even emphasized that he should not be laughing at me because I did not react and sat there in shock that he was a bad person this whole time. And told me I would have to pay the extra cost now for him withheld crucial information. Save yourself the pain of using a horrible contractor and look somewhere else. Aka he stole $14+k and damages +$100,000."

"I reached out to Johnson & Sons and several other contractors to discuss the possibility of opening up and completely remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, with the addition of a shower to the former half bath off the master suite. After receiving bids and meeting with each contractor, I went with Johnson & Sons due to the transparency and consideration Vic Johnson showed when discussing the project and its challenges, as well as providing a detailed quote. Because this remodel involved the removal of walls, tiling of the kitchen/bathrooms, potential size constraints, and a re-plumbing of the house, It was very important for me that things be done correctly, to code and with permits. Once demo and construction started, things proceeded at a brisk pace with minimal lag between subcontractors, and inspections. Their tile guy, Tony was great to work with and very helpful with making the appropriate detail selections around the showers. We did have a long wait for a cosmetic piece of cabinet siding, which ended up being the final part needed to complete the project. Vic was direct with me about the issue and the delay. Such a minor issue is in my opinion, very small potatoes compared to having quality work done. Ultimately, Johnson & Sons came in slightly under their contract price - a very pleasant and welcome surprise."

"Ryan and his crew did a great job building out Car Port. From the first time we talked to a completed project was about 6 or 7 weeks. He and his crew were very professional and, came on time, and exceeded my expectations with respect to the quality, time to finish, etc. Ryan also collaborated with another team of professionals that were contracted to place Solar Pannels onto the Car Port that was just completed. Corey helped navigate both challenges and was a good partner throughout - flexible, always kept us informed of progress/decisions, and super easy to work with. He went above and beyond helping acquire materials and even suggesting ideas that helped make the project a success. Corey brought a great team of subs and he also did a lot of work himself which helped us stay on budget. We were very pleased with the work and the relationship.
