MUSTANG FENCING

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired Mustang Fence through Angie’s List, and the entire experience has been a complete nightmare. They never finished the work, installed things incorrectly, and their communication was abysmal. Weeks would go by without a response. We called multiple times, set multiple appointments, and yet they showed up whenever they felt like it—completely ignoring scheduled times. They ripped out our old gate, left it on the property, and left holes in the wall unpatched. Screws were sticking out dangerously, and nothing felt secure. The keypad they installed never worked properly. The “0” button didn’t function, which left us locked out of our own property. For over a week, we couldn’t lock or close the gate, leaving our home exposed. Instead of fixing their defective installation, they tried to charge us an additional $750 for a worse replacement. On September 28, 2025, their manager Sam came onsite, saw firsthand that the keypad didn’t work, and admitted they weren’t “professionals” with that product. Yet he still tried to upcharge us $750 to downgrade to a basic lock. When we pressed him on why we should pay more for their own mistakes, his excuse was, “We wanted what the customer wanted.” That is not accountability. That is negligence. When asked politely to leave the property, Sam even stood in the gate to block entry. At one point, they installed a handle accessible only from the outside, leaving us forced to pry the gate open with our fingers from the inside, an outright hazard. For weeks, we waited for them to resolve these issues. Each time, they ignored scheduled appointments and came unannounced, at random times, with no respect for our time. Yes, the fence may look nice at first glance, but it is completely dysfunctional and unsafe. Mustang Fence is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They do shoddy work on their own terms, make excuses instead of taking responsibility, and treat paying customers with zero respect. This has been one of the worst contractor experiences of my life, and I strongly warn anyone: stay far away from Mustang Fence.

Mustang was prompt in getting us a quote and starting the project, but did not complete the project to our satisfaction. The workers they sent were always late/ did not show up at the timeframe that they set. Some of the workers were also clueless as to what they were supposed to do when they got here and asked us for guidance. they also put up solar panels for power instead of the agreed upon running a power line. driveway gate was also defective less than a week upon completion. would not close most of the time. we called multiple times trying to get Mustang to come correct the install and we kept getting a “we’ll call you back” line. Poor service once the invoice was paid. Poor service all the way around

Mustang Fencing designed and installed a wrought iron fence for our front yard, and it’s stunning! They were transparent about costs, stuck to the timeline, and even helped us explore financing options. A+ experience.

We had Mustang Fencing put in a cedar wood fence in our backyard and the outcome was amazing! The crew was on time, treated our home with respect and did beautiful work. Communication was easy and pricing was reasonable. I recommend for anybody who really needed a good fencing.

One of those currently on our minds and that has to do with fencing is the fact we recently had Mustang Fencing install a vinyl fence in our backyard… And we are ecstatic! Low maintenance, quick to install and polite guys. A+ service!

For more security we opted for a steel fence and Mustang Fencing did an incredible job. The fence is solid, the installation is well done, and it looks fabulous. The crew were hard workers and took care of our place.

We wanted a nice country looking gate and the Mustang fencing worked out perfect. Wow you guys did a wonderful job, it's on time and the gate is functioning perfectly. I will certainly use them again for my next project in the future!

The Mustang built attractive, secure, code-compliant swimming pool fencing. They recommended aluminum as it is durable, and worked with the plans we had in the landscaping. We like the self-closing gates (since we have little ones) and they look perfect with our black patio.

Instead of rebuilding our ancient driveway gate, Mustang refurbished it, while it was in its 33d year. They reconstructed the level and reinforced points that were weak, as well as applying a more durable finish. After the restoration, the gate works more reliably than it ever did when it was first installed 15 years ago.

Finally, his new automatic driveway gate system was installed by the Mustang. Their techs programmed all our remotes, linked it to our security system, and walked our family through its operation. When people come to see it they are always amazed by how quiet the motor is and how smooth it operates.

Instead of boarding up the windows, Mustang built these stylish steel window grilles that serve as security without cutting institutional. They ordered the exact size for each room and a finish that would blend in with our house's trim. The install was very professional ( there was no damage done to out vinyl window frames)

It was a shame the previous owners had left our historic fence to rot, but thankfully Mustang Creative's restoration team worked wonders. Diligently fixing broken segments, replicating missing ornamentation, and incorporating an authentic sheen of rust-resistant paint. The repair was almost invisible and will keep this authentic fence looking proper for years to come.

The Mustang driveway gate we had made was sensational and has become the envy of our neighborhood. They designed a wrought iron with our family initials just for us. The guys that came and installed our swing gate did a good job handling our sloped driveway to get the gates to swing level.
