It went very well. estimator was very thorough explaining everything about the system, its part and options, and the procedure. Installation was very quick and efficient. He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. The only part we are disappointed with is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER. We plan to add more lights in other areas in the future. We both highly recommend the product and the folks at Northwest Natural Lighting.

It went awesome! They arrived at the scheduled time. Vlad walked me through the process and told me about steps or issue that we would run into before hand. We got the tubes installed and made sure to go over maintenance (cleaning, changing batteries in the nightlights). I'm seriously giggling with delight at my new tubes.

After contacting NW Natural Lighting, Dawn came to our house (on a weekend, which was nice) to do a consultation, explaining how solartubes work, helping us understand where and how they could have the most impact, and providing recommendations for where to install them and how many to install. Ours is a bit of an unusual case because we were installing the solartubes in bedrooms, but they explained that we could put dimmers in to close them at night. The installation had to be booked a month or two out because they're booked pretty far out, but the installers showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. I think our building is a little tricky to work with because the roof is pretty steep and the ceiling is lathe and plaster, but they got the solartubes in with only one extra hole in the ceiling (we pretty much end up with an extra hole in the wall or ceiling anytime anyone does work on our place). The additional light is great, and the fixtures blend in pretty well with the ceilings.

We saw them at the Tacoma Home Show and signed up for a free estimate on their special which was 2 solatubes installed for $1,000.  Two very professional young men came and gave us the estimate and we said yes.  They then installed the solatubes immediately.  They were neat and kept the dirt to a minimin and cleaned up afterward.  They came at 9 AM and were completely  done by 11:30.  Now we just wonder why we didn't do it sooner.  We also have to remind ourselves that no the lights are not on.

This is the second door that I have had installed by this company. Excellent work and product. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work.

During a top to bottom renovation, we hired at least 15 contractors for various parts.  NW Natural Light was probably our favorite of all because of their staff's professionalism and service were first rate.  Plus, we love the product, which I thought was reasonably priced. 

Ryan came out promptly to give me a bid for a Solatube. The person on the phone had told me that they carry the necessary pieces if I chose to go with their bid and could install it on the spot. I accepted the bid and Ryan installed the light in less than 90 minutes. Ryan is very polite and professional. He did an excellent job. He left no debris or any evidence of work done, except for the Solatube.  I highly recommend this company. I love the light that fills what was a very dark room. The difference is amazing!

No problems whatsoever and very happy with the light!

They were great.  Their professionalism and quality of service were excellent.  Everything they did was great.  Their service, promptness and courtesy were good.  The explanation of everything was good as well.  It was a little pricey but it’s been worth it.

We had sola tubes with fans in both bathrooms and since we are going through a remodel, we wanted just the light. We also had one in our hallway that had become covered with something that darkened it. The company says this shouldn't happen, so Gloria set an appointment for Ryan to come out and see what needed to be done. We needed some new sheetrock done in the bathrooms, so we arranged that. It wasn't done correctly by the people we hired, so Ryan actually made three trips here. We were only charged on the last trip when he was able to complete everything. He was very helpful and pleasant as was Gloria and everyone else we came into contact with at the company. We have had these lights, 6 in our house, for 15 years and would always recommend this company for quality and service. Go Hawks!

Installer showed up on time, was very professional and did an excellent job. When we couldn't install the solatube in the desired location (due to some vent pipes that were in the way), he helps give some advice as to good and bad locations in our finished attic where we could install it instead. We are very happy with the final installation and the final product and would highly recommend this company!

I called the company to discuss an attic exhaust fan installation, speaking with Gloria, the office administrator. She was of great assistance with my initial questions and scheduling an installer to come to my home. On the day of the installation, the installer, Ryan, called to confirm and since he was ahead of schedule for the day, asked if he could come at an earlier time. We agreed on a time and he showed up ready to examine my needs and do the installation should I so approve. I was amenable and he proceeded to do the install. The entire installation took less than an hour, was totally professional and in no way disruptive. The fan has been up and running for a week, now, and I do notice that the house is cooler than before. 
This is the third time that I have used this company and in every instance have been extremely satisfied with the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly, professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend, I have plans for more work that I will use them for.

We had a remodel done of our laundry room, a new mud room, and a new exterior doorway installed.  The resultant room needed to be lit but we also wanted a solar tube for natural lighting.  Installation went very smooth.  We had installed other solatubes in our house using these guys and have never been disappointed.  Professionally done and the outcome is superb.  The room is lit up great during the day time as a result.  I'm sure you can find cheaper solutions out there, but we've never had any leakage issues with installs these guys make.

Ryan was on time arriving, and finished ahead of schedule.  Service was very professional and the workmanship was very good. The tubes seem to be well engineered and of quality materials. It was not cheap to have them installed, but it beat the pants off of me having to spend the better part of a day in a hot and dusty attic.  The end result is nothing short of dramatic - no more gloomy bathroom!  We would definitely use them again.

My experience with them went pretty good and the job went fine. Their price is also reasonable. 

Ryan came out to the house and we discussed options for the placement fo the Solatube, his knowledge was very helpful in making our decision. He answered all our questions and concerns and then bid the job. We were very pleased as it was inline with expectations and he went to work. About 1.5 hrs later we had a bright and beautiful kitchen! Very excited to bring the daylight into an otherwise gloomly interior room.
