"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I purchased a washer/dryer six months ago from Fredericks. They turned out to be bad machines (Samsung) and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of those machines for the years to come. So, I just bought a new set and the installers came yesterday. They didn't hook it up correctly (didn't attach the dryer vent to the wall) which resulted in big problems. When I called I got a defensive, dismissive attitude from my salesperson (Mark - do not ever work with this man, he is lazy and rude) who told me "yah, those things come unhooked" and refused to get someone out immediately to deal with it. When I confronted him about the poor attitude and customer service he replied "i don't have a problem." I said I would report back to my contractor who referred me and he said "go ahead." While the business may be reputable, this salesman is abhorrent. Of note, this is the second install (after fridge in June2020) that the team did incorrectly."

"Our sincerest thank you for the great deal and installation job of our recent purchase of a dishwasher from King and Bunny’s Appliances. The extra effort in providing a superior coronavirus protections made it so we could relax and casually look at your appliances. The business was spotless, and the appliances were fully functional so we could observe their performance. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Arnold's has a great selection and excellent installation service. Beyond that, they really went the "extra mile" to make sure we were happy with our new refrigerator. When the installer realized we had made a measurenment error and the larger refrigerator we most wanted would fit fine in our space he called the owner to make sure of the measurements and confirm that he could just bring back the (unboxed, but not yet installed) appliance and exchange it for the larger model. The store had no problem with that and 3 days later the installers returned with the larger model, and did a super job installing it. We didn't even have to pay a 2nd install fee. Truly excellent service all around."
