"Yesterday Andrey came to my house to fix one problem with our oven and he ended up fixing two problems. He was on-time and also called ahead to make sure I would be home. He asked if he should take off his shoes before he came into our home. Audrey was thorough and clearly knows appliances. He charged me a fair rate.
