For what they have and what they do, I give them an A. I get things from them because they have a great policy with returns and warranty. One of the things I love is that like on television, they give you an extra year on the warranty. They add a year on to your normal warranty.  I don't have to end up buying warranty on my T.V because I have figured that by the time that warranty is out, it is either dying or it is not going to probably. They are great that way. The Kirkland Costco is convenient for me and I get things there all the time. I would use them again in future.

Parking is easy enough. The lot gets a bit congested, however. The store is always clean and staff is very helpful when I need to find an item. Staff is always professional and nice. I never get the feeling I am being doubted or scrutinized when I need to return an item that is not working out for me. I love Costco!

They really beat out the competition in a big way. They were very reliable and responsive. The product was great.

Costco came out, wrote up the quote, we selected the stuff, they came out to install it as expected, and everything went according to plan. It wasn't outstanding service but it was what I expected. They were a little bit late.

We had Costco install new kitchen countertops for us. They did a terrific job on the installation.

They said they would e-mail me but they did not. It looks like a quality job.

The photo and video part of Costco is a concession and they were great. They give you a choice for the titles and music; you select from general categories and they put a musical background in. I had many reels of them and they put them in order and cleaned up the parts that needed to be cleaned up. They gave me a nice product that I can play on modern equipment. I got a second copy and I gave it to my brother for his birthday.

The Ancona hood we purchased is fantastic. The Costco.com reps that we talked to did everything in their power to get us information and walk us through the process. Just as Costco is great to go shop at, they are also fantastic to buy this kind of product from. In all my experience they do not carry any junk.

They are good.

I go there for convenience and price. It is really easy which I like. I can upload pictures onto a website and go and pick up my prints, I really like this. The digital prints are very inexpensive.

They are pretty good. They do high-quality work. I can use them online.

I would recommend them. That particular item is fair-traded, so no matter where you buy it, it's the same price. The only thing is the Costco bundles are stuffed with a little bit of extra stuff.

They did a very good job. The guy who came to do the installation spent well over an hour putting screws in the to get rid of the squeaks, even though he just came for the installation. He did really well. I thought he went above and beyond.

My experience here has been good. They have good prices. They are quick and efficient.

The Costco Home designer arrived late for the consultation. She had sample books and focused on presenting the more expensive options. Even when asked, she wouldn't give opinions about the best types of blinds, what color would work best for us, etc. There was no design advice whatsoever, and she mis-measured some of our windows. We did go ahead and purchase Hunter-Douglas wood blinds, though, because the price was very competitive. The installer visited to take his own measurements, then came back when the blinds had arrived. He did very nice work, but there was a mistake - that apparently originated during the ordering process with Costco - with the pulls on one room's blinds, and he had to reorder and come back another day, leaving us with no window coverings in a bedroom for a while. The installer was very professional and friendly, and he did good, fast work. So it's thumbs up on the work and the product, thumbs down on the design service.

WE COULD NOT CALL AHEAD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. AFTER WE DROPPED THE CAR OFF FOR TIRES, IT WAS ABOUT A HALF DAY PROCEDURE BEFORE IT WAS WORKED INTO THE CUE. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE TYPE OF TIRE WE WANTED, AND FOUND THE WARRANTY AND LOW PRICE TO BE WORTH THE WAIT.
