We worked with Paul who was very knowledgeable  about all the appliances in the store.  We spent  along time with him.  He answered all questions .  We know we will get good quality products.  They will deliver when we are ready for our kitchen remodel .
We were very happy with their service and would use them again if we need anymore appliances.

I dropped by the store, expecting this to be the start of a lengthy process.  Instead I bought a basic, inexpensive washing machine, which was delivered and installed in less than four hours.  The store personnel were informative and polite, and the installers were polite and efficient.  (The B in quality is for the machine, which makes interesting noises. But the instruction booklet says, first thing, that the machine will make different noises from most washing machines.  The loads of clothes I ran came out clean and fresh. If I could give it a B+ I would.)

Glad we did not go with the Big Box stores. Nice to deal with a family run business local to us. We were able to order the exact KitchenAid dishwasher we wanted. The ordering process was straightforward. The price was very reasonable. The delivery went very smoothly and Dan's brother, Craig, did a great job with the installation. We were very happy to have a reliable new stainless steel dishwasher. Will definitely consider new appliaces in the future with Wiseman's. Highly recommend dealing with this family run business.

When I first went to Wiseman's, I thought I needed a much smaller fridge. It was too small. The delivery person took it back to the store. I chose a larger one and they cheerfully brought it right over to my house.

When my existing drop-in/built-in electric range needed to be replaced, I had a difficult time finding one company where I could purchase and get a new range installed since modifications to the kitchen countertop were needed in order to install a new range. Wiseman Appliance was the only company that met that criteria. I went to the showroom and they spent time explaining the different options as well as reviewing the features/functionality of various electric ranges. The contractor came over and did a preinstallation check of the kitchen to verify the type of range that could be installed. The range purchase and installation went well. I would definitely consider Wiseman Appliance for other appliance sales/installation and highly recommend them. Their prices were extremely reasonably as well.

I have a condo and I had to get a refrigerator that would fit in a small space. Everything I do with them is over the phone. They are very accommodating. They deliver and take away. They have an old time service that it hard to find these days. They return phone calls promptly. They are available for additional information.

They are a smaller store and have very good prices. They delivered for free, and removed my old washer and dryer. They were very prompt and professional.

The overall experience was excellent. They gave good local and personal service.

My experience with them was very pleasant. They were punctual and fair. The technician was straightforward with his recommendation. He suggested that the cost of repair would be more than was the stove was worth. Therefore, we decided not to have any work done.

I had bought a washer and dryer from Wiseman's in 2001 and was very satisfied with this purchase and delivery from this local West Seattle company. I went to Wiseman's and explained that I wanted to purchase a new refrigerator for my small older home and wanted a basic model. .

Scott was punctual, polite, and professional. He was able to quickly address each issue while gracefully answering my never-ending line of questioning that usually accompanies a service visit. (I like to know what's going on and how stuff works/breaks.) I will definitely call him the moment I sense trouble with any of my major appliances.

Wisemans was a real pleasure to work with. We were replacing all of our kitchen appliances so we shopped around a bit to make sure we got a good price and good service. We settled on Wisemans because they delivered both. They were very helpful. They took extra time and effort to help us find what we needed, even coming to the house to help us measure and make decisions. Wisemans was only slightly more expensive than the big box chains but I know we got much better service and it's also nice to support a neighborhood store.

He had come out when he said he would. He knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. He was reasonably priced too.

I found them to be very helpful, with some really good advice about height clearances for the microwave and what type of disposal to get (noise vs. power, etc.). I didn't feel pressured to buy, they were interested in what I needed, and they delivered the items to me in one group later on in the remodel, as they had offered, so that I didn't have to keep the appliances on site taking up space needed for the remodel stuff. The only reason I gave a B on responsiveness was that I had to call to find out if the items were there, rather than getting a call from them, as promised. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Our washer was sounding unbalanced no matter how the clothes were distributed. I ignored it until it leaked. We called on Friday at 6 p.m. and Mark came Tuesday morning. He worked around my prior commitments, showed-up on time and cleaned-up after himself. Mark said our washer's suspension is shot and not worth repairing. He did say if we can live with the noise we can wait to replace it, very good to know. He couldn't get the leak to replicate so said there is no mechanical problem causing the leak. Since it only happened once he attributed it to over-sudsing and recommended using 1/3 the amount listed on the bottle. While he was here, I asked him to look at the drier, which was taking a long time to dry clothes. This turned out to be the more serious problem, as lint was clogging the inside of the drier and the vent hose. He recommended a vent cleaner and told me what to look for to know if it's adequately vented and safe to use. I am very satisfied with his work.

He was really nice! I called him and he happened to be in the area and he came over 20 minutes after I called him (the first time)! I would use him again in a heart beat!

Wonderful. Scott squeezed us in between calls that morning and showed up right on time. He fixed our dishwasher in 10 mins. and was professional and informative and had a great attitude. I could tell he loves what he does.

The sale went very well and they were fair about pricing, including matching some prices we found elsewhere. They also were extremely knowledgeable about our unique outgoing range and were very helpful with picking out a new one that would fit. The installation was not as smooth but everyone was very polite and when there were issues they were very responsive. The only down side was that it literally took 5 visits from separate installers to get the job done. We recommend Wiseman's, but insist on having the same person come back if there must be a follow-up visit. The new guys had no idea what the last guy had done, etc. They also were somewhat unpredictable when it came to showing up.

WHEN THE SERVICE MAN SHOWED UP HE WAS VERY CLEAN CUT AND PROFESSIONAL LOOKING. I WONDERED WHETHER HE WAS OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING BUT HE JUMPED RIGHT IN THERE AND WAS ASKING ME QUESTIONS THAT WERE ACTUALLY PINPOINTING THE PROBLEM FOR HIM I GUESS. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN JUST A SHORT TIME AND THINGS HAVE BEEN RUNNING PROPERLY SINCE.
