"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"It went wonderful!! We went in not knowing what to buy and Amber in the showroom was the best. She made you feel special and at ease. Her expertise is outstanding! We left the store with our purchases very satisfied. Some items needed to be ordered, but came in during the time Amber had said they would arrive. She kept us up to date with either a phone call/email. The plumbing installer was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be calling them back for help with more plumbing needs after the remodel."

"I purchased a washer/dryer six months ago from Fredericks. They turned out to be bad machines (Samsung) and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of those machines for the years to come. So, I just bought a new set and the installers came yesterday. They didn't hook it up correctly (didn't attach the dryer vent to the wall) which resulted in big problems. When I called I got a defensive, dismissive attitude from my salesperson (Mark - do not ever work with this man, he is lazy and rude) who told me "yah, those things come unhooked" and refused to get someone out immediately to deal with it. When I confronted him about the poor attitude and customer service he replied "i don't have a problem." I said I would report back to my contractor who referred me and he said "go ahead." While the business may be reputable, this salesman is abhorrent. Of note, this is the second install (after fridge in June2020) that the team did incorrectly."

"There was a delay of several weeks between the order and the installation. This was during mid-winter when everyone wants a gas insert, so they had a big backlog. They explained the situation and we decided it was OK. The installation of the natural gas pipe was done by a separate contractor, who was recommended by Sutter. The contractor, Choice Home Services, did an excellent job figuring out the best way to route the pipe and installing it. The installation of the pipe was fairly complicated and took a whole day. It cost more than usual (which was understood in advance). The cost was $2000. Sutter's people arrived earlier than expected on the day scheduled for installation. That was OK with us. I took them a few hours to do the installation work. They did a good job, Spread a large drop-cloth to do all their work on. Put everything together and cleaned up after themselves. And they showed us how to operate and maintain the insert. The cost of the insert, installed, was $5000."

Digital systems are new to us and because we are elderly it took extra time to teach us. The dishwasher arrived and was installed before the promise date. The two installers that came out did an outstanding installation job. They came fully prepared and equipped to do the work. The installation was over hardwood floors so it took extra effort to avoid damaging them. The plumbing beneath our kitchen sink is very complex at our home because of the many appliances included. The installers made the necessary adjustments, installed new parts, capped off an old line, and completed the job in a timely professional manner. Their extra effort is greatly appreciated."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Arnold's has a great selection and excellent installation service. Beyond that, they really went the "extra mile" to make sure we were happy with our new refrigerator. When the installer realized we had made a measurenment error and the larger refrigerator we most wanted would fit fine in our space he called the owner to make sure of the measurements and confirm that he could just bring back the (unboxed, but not yet installed) appliance and exchange it for the larger model. The store had no problem with that and 3 days later the installers returned with the larger model, and did a super job installing it. We didn't even have to pay a 2nd install fee. Truly excellent service all around."
