We were relieved that we had a simple repair with no service call and did not need to buy a new machine at this time. Very grateful that gentleman was so friendly and helpful.

They have done a lot of work for me in the past. They show up on time, very responsive, and very fairly priced. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

I ordered a new GE glass cooktop to replace my old one, which had failed hard-wired coil burners, (not the plug-in kind) so not easily replaced.  It was 32" wide, whereas most of these are either 30" or 36", so I knew that a replacement would not fit in the existing counter slot, I either had to buy a larger one, or else replace the entire counter, which is not in the current budget.  I visited Appliance Distributors, which is really close to my house, and I liked them, they were very helpful to inform me about my choices.  I I also shopped the internet, to make sure I was getting the brand and cooktop I really wanted.  I know that I could have purchased the one I got for less on the internet, but the amount of the difference was fairly minimal, and the shipping and separate installation expense would have made it pretty close.  I think the trust of having a local company standing behind a purchase like this is important, and it's certainly a big issue for me to know that the folks installing electrical appliances are skilled and reliable. 
They were helpful to schedule a Saturday morning installation, to accommodate my work schedule.  Before the install, I also inquired about whether they would do repair work on other equipment that I had not purchased.  They told me tentatively yes, depending on what it was.  So when Ken arrived to install the stovetop, he asked what else I wanted done.  I assumed that he was going to install the cooktop and then just give me an estimate for the additional work, but he said if he had or could get all of the parts he needed, he would handle it that same day.  
Ken was very friendly, very professional, and obviously knew his stuff.  I was happy that he offered to do the rest of the work that same day, but also a little concerned, since I had previously made lunch plans to meet a friend, that we could not accomplish everything that day.  He offered to do part of the work, left to get parts when I had to go, (I hope he got lunch, too!), and asked me to call him when I returned from my lunch appointment so he could come back and finish the job.  So I called him when I returned, about 3:00pm, and he came back to finish off all 4 jobs that same day.  Needless to say, I was delighted to have everything done in one day.  My kitchen is in great shape, and I'm thrilled!  And where else would you find repair folks offering to spend their Saturday afternoon fixing your equipment, even the stuff that they didn't sell you?
These folks were great, it just took them a day to bring in my cooktop.  The installation was delayed a few days, by me, in order to get a Saturday install; otherwise it could have been sooner.  When I first visited their store, it was obvious that they are a small business, so I did comparison shop to make sure that I considered brands that they might not have in stock.  I checked the internet (maybe a bit cheaper without the shipping, without installation or future maintenance), went to Sears, and visited an appliance store in the Ravenna district, where I could have easily spent twice as much.  All in all, I'm very happy to have purchased from local folks in my neighborhood, and I'd recommend them highly.

Both the sales experience and the delivery went smoothly and uneventful.

He was great and came out the same day  to fix the issues. He had the timer fixed in about 15 min, but if I had realized how much it cost I may have just replaced the whole stove. that was the only issue I had with the whole process.

We bought two washers and two dryers for our new home with a separate MIL apartment.  The first time they came to install the appliances we found that one of the stack-able W/D sets was too large for the laundry area.  TJ helped me find another W/D that would fit in the smaller area and made a second delivery to install the smaller units at no extra charge.   

I called, asked about the extended free warranty, the price of the dishwasher I wanted. The price was fair, the telephone contact answered informatively, let me know about install and removal of my old dishwasher and recommended a really great guy for that. So I bought it over the phone, they called the service guy, and called me right back with available times for delivery and installation and the cost (that was the same as Loews charges). Sounded good to me so I gave my credit card information and within a week I have my new Dishwasher Delivered and working great.

You're requiring me to tell the whole story, start to finish? Come on Angie. I saw the product, bought it, it magically appeared in my kitchen!

Arrived at the store Friday afternoon. The store is very basic and most of the stock are factory scratch and dents. No glitz and hot lights. TJ one of the family members greeted us and let us look around. I had info from Angie's list and Consumer Reports in hand. I went over the models we were interested in based on Consumer Reports repair ratings. Long story short TJ explained some of the history of appliance manufacturing, ratings, repair histories, their experience etc. He is very knowledgeable and provides a information that the consumer is not likely to get from a big box store. They have a no lemon policy and we used the Angie's List coupon to extend the compressor warranty to 10yrs. We found a frig we liked and decided to purchase it instead of having one of the models on the list we had ordered. There were several of the frig we decided on in stock so we picked the one with the least noticeable dent. TJ made sure he pointed it out when we was dusting off the door. We set a the following Monday for delivery and proceeded to talk at length about servicing apts and new construction since that is the industry I am in. I will be talking to managers and contractors to start using Appliance Dist.

Our washing machine broke, so I called them to see if they had the parts I was looking for (by a rough description of the busted pieces I found even!) and they did! I was able to drive down there, pick up the parts by the name they gave me and walk out of there. Fixing the thing myself saved hundereds because we were just going to buy a newer machine.

I think it went well, but the potential buyer should do home work first, by knowing what the market is selling specific units for. Make sure one is comparing identical items together. Not everything is a good deal for you, you must do your homework first to know.

It was like dealing with your family. Nice people, nice price, great service They have my attention and business in future appliance problems

I have purchased most of my large appliances from this company over the last several years. I've never had a single complaint with them. They are a small family run business who know what customer service is and how important the customer is. They have been in this location a long time and would not be if they didn't do things right. I will continue to do business with them and highly recommend to others.

I liked them very much. I had a great experience. They were on time. They were extremely professional, friendly and clean.

As always, it was terrific. I am so happy they are part of Angie's List so they can receive the "kudos" they deserve. I have been dealing with Appliance Distributors for almost 15 years and I would not shop for household appliances anywhere else. I have referred family and friends and I have never regretted it. Throughout the years, any of the purchases I have made have been due to the staff and the knowledge they equip me with to make a decision. They have always encouraged me to shop around and to learn from others. The showroom provides no glitz or glamour (meaning less overhead and better pricing,) so visit this family owned business who takes excellent care of their customers and knows their product lines....buy from Appliance Distributors. I was referred to Appliance Distributors by our appliance repair person. I called and spoke with TJ who provided a quote over the phone for a new gas wall oven. I did some comparison shopping and TJ's price was the lowest. Also, the customer service was exceptional and the delivery was fast.

Helpful sales staff, excellent price, prompt delivery. Would definitely buy from them again.
