Arnold's Appliance

Arnold's has a great selection and excellent installation service. Beyond that, they really went the "extra mile" to make sure we were happy with our new refrigerator. When the installer realized we had made a measurenment error and the larger refrigerator we most wanted would fit fine in our space he called the owner to make sure of the measurements and confirm that he could just bring back the (unboxed, but not yet installed) appliance and exchange it for the larger model. The store had no problem with that and 3 days later the installers returned with the larger model, and did a super job installing it. We didn't even have to pay a 2nd install fee. Truly excellent service all around.

Their installation team is sub par, since we need to asked them back to properly install our dishwasher They installed the dishwasher incorrectly, it was not leveled & it was shaking from side to side, we have them come to fix the dishwasher & level it up correctly

They were very good. They met the prices of other places. Their quality and responsiveness is very good. Their overall level of professionalism and service people were very good. I had an issue with the installation in the dishwasher, and he siliconed it and my fridge and fixed it. My contractor did the actual installation. They delivered in a timely fashion.

The sales folks here are knowledgeable and most importantly customer service was excellent. When one of the appliances did not fit, they took it back, no questions asked and worked hard to get the replacement appliance the next day, so our kitchen remodel would not be delayed. They spent a lot of time with me making sure the second appliance would not cause any more issues and then called me back once it was installed just to make sure everything was ok. Prices were comparable to any big home improvement store. I'd definitely go back to them for any other appliances I buy.

We contracted with Kitchens Plus for a $ 24,000 kitchen remodel.  We ordered a gas cooktop, island hood, and a dishwasher three months before tho project was to start and paid the requested amount to Arnold's. They stated that they had a good history working with Kitchens plus.  Kitchens Plus project manager brought out a technician from Arnold's to look at the install details with the primary concern  being the installation of the hood--this was a significant difference because of the change to the cabinets that Kitchens Plus was doing for us.
The project start date was set and each day was set and scheduled for specific actions by Kitchens Plus with Arnold's to do install of their three items near the end.  All other work was done by Kitchens Plus.  When the project start date came, Arnold's delivered the gas cooktop and the dishwasher---the hood was listed "ON. BACKORDER".  In spite of having placed and paid Arnold's three months in advance, they never contacted us about them having any problem obtaining the hood.  The remodel was to take eight working days and on the eight day when Arnold's was scheduled to install, they still had not delivered the hood and were blaming the delay on the hood manufacturer.  Arnold's took a totally unappoligetic attitude for their delay and continued to blame the manufacturer of the hood.  We had another four days without a kitchen and when the hood was installed the quality of the workmanship on the installation was very poor. Kitchens Plus was great and stepped up to make the installation acceptable.

Arnold's has been my go to appliance store for around 6 years and with these most recent purchases all my major appliances were purchased from them. Their service is first rate, their people are very professional and thorough and their responsiveness is the best. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

There are only a few places to go in Bellevue when you want to order high-end appliances. We had tried a few of the others and didn't really feel comfortable working with them - either because they were too pushy or, just the reverse, not attentive enough. We decided to try Arnold's because my brother-in-law had had a good experience with them. Even though we didn't use the same salesperson, we were happy to meet Juan. We made about a half-dozen trips to Arnold's and each time he graciously spent up to two hours with us - showing us the different appliances and suggesting options, etc. He also offered to come in on his days off, just to meet our schedule. At the time, he had no idea as to how many appliances we were going to purchase or how much we wanted to spend. All along, he always reminded us that it was important for "us," not "him" to be comfortable with our decision. In the end, we purchased several appliances and were pleased with the process. Arnold's even made a few accommodations for us when we changed our mind on a few items. If you are in the market for new appliances, I would certainly ask for Juan when you visit Arnold's.

Gave us the good and bad points of all the manufacturers and models and spent enough time for us to decide which was the best buy for us. We got a reasonable discount on the dishwasher and the installation. Installer was thorough and competent. He had to do some plumbing revision to connect the dishwasher, but he was able to do it quickly and simply.
We went back to Arnold's Appliance a few times with questions about how the dishwasher was working and to take care of some apparent problems which the salesman explained and took care of. The salesman was friendly, courteous, and willing to spend time to help a customer with a new appliance.

We did quite a bit of comparison shopping and Arnold's price was the best. And when a competitor offered a lower price for one of the items, Arnold's willingly matched it. I ended up buying through Arnold's over the phone. That is, I never visited the store.

Before actual delivery, Arnold's was very responsive to my questions and they were flexible about the delivery date/time. The installer was professional and excellent. We did have one minor hiccup during installation but Arnold's helped with the resolution and made a second trip to finish the install once the issue was resolved. Les Crampton was the sales person I dealt with, but I also dealt with Jeremy who is one of the managers there. Both were responsive to my needs, and very professional and courteous.

I would definitely recommend this company and most certainly do business there again.

One other thing: Arnold's was honest. There was a GE rebate, but it applied only for purchases made after August 21. One of the competitors offered to fudge the paperwork, but Arnold's said that if I wanted the rebate I had to wait and purchase after August 21. I really appreciate this honesty and in fact this was the reason I would avoid the competitor that offered to falsify the paperwork (Metropolitan Appliance). Arnold's explained that if I didn't wait until the specified date, it could jeopardize the total rebate. They were right and I applaud their honesty.

Troy Anderson was extremely helpful and responsive. Arnold's matched the price of a competitor. Appliances were delivered on time, as promised. We are very happy with the price and service.

The showroom experience was fantastic. The selection is immense, well displayed and above all else, I was supported in my purchase experience by the world's best appliance representative, Alan Alseth!

Alan went above and beyond the call of duty to offer the most competitive pricing available and when our initial refrigerator was defective upon installation, Alan provided expert guidance throughout the process to work with the manufacturer to ultimately get the loser unit replaced. it is obvious that Alan is a professional with 20+ years of experience and not the typical product ignorant, sales commission driven and service agreement selling used car salesman of the appliance world. I trust him!

Additionally, the installation professionals were quite respectful of our home.

If you are looking to purchase anything but a Sear's appliance, you must include Arnold's and Alan in your discovery process.

I bought a near top-of-the-line Whirlpool washer and dryer from Arnold's. I should say I bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer and wasn't satisfied with them and had them replaced with the Whirlpool appliances. Which they did with no questions asked other than, When we pick up the Speed Queens and install the Whirlpools. I thought that crews were very efficient. Everything was done on time and as ordered.

As several years before when my dishwasher died at Thanksgiving, Arnold's was able to get the new unit to me and installed two days after I stopped in to their showroom. Arnold's is the best and wish I needed major appliances more often so I could give them more repeat business. Arnold' ROCKS!!!

Great. The installers were professional, educational and ensured our new walls and floors were not damaged.

We bought a counter-depth side-by-side fridge to replace our old built-in. Our sales person was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door... he explained about the different sizes of built-ins vs non-built-ins (not just counter-depth but overall size, the size of the opening etc) and explained how to measure to find out whether a non-built-in would fit into the opening left by our old dead built-in. When we found it wouldn't fit (quite) he gave excellent suggestions re what do to to get it to fit (which worked perfectly). He spent several hours with us over two consecutive evenings while we considered the many choices available, and he ultimately ended up recommending a fridge that fit our needs perfectly and was 50% off, being on closeout.
Arnolds' installation/delivery teams were prompt, professional, fast and friendly. They made two visits - one to uninstall and haul away our old dead fridge, and a second one to deliver/set up the new fridge. The installation team even went the extra mile and installed a new water valve (on the spot and at no charge) when they found that our old water valve was no longer fully functional.

We are extremely happy with our new fridge and with the outstanding service we received from Arnold's Appliance.

During three separate visits salesman Les Crampton was extremely helpful in providing knowledgeable information about all the options we had during selection and installation of appliances. Provided referrals for installers we would need for electrical and cabinetry modifications. Their prices were competitive, usually less, than those we found on line.

This was an excellent experience. We had done our homework, and knew which machine we wanted. I started by emailing three Angie's List recommended appliance retailers - Arnold's, Albert Lee and Almvig's - for a price quote. Arnold's was the only store to respond to the email. Then I called the others and got their quotes. Arnold's was highest, then Albert Lee, with Almvig's the lowest by a long shot.

Since Arnold's was the only one that had one of these washers on display we went there first. The showroom was very nice, with lots of free parking. When we walked in, Les, who had replied to my email, asked, are you James? He was on the phone, but asked an associate to show us the machine. He was very knowledgeable about the features and quite personable. Then we asked if they price-matched. He said yes, but we would need to supply a quote from the other dealer. I showed them my hand-written notes, with the model number and prices, and they said that was good enough. Yay!

When we told Les about our old machine (a high-end model), he said that in good conscience he had to ask why we would replace such a nice unit. We had a lengthy conversation about detergent usage, water levels, mold, etc., and he was finally convinced that we had exhausted all possibilities without success, and understood why we wanted the new washer. It's not often one will find that level of concern and honesty in a sales person. He was willing to give up this sale if there was a chance we were just using the old machine incorrectly. Wow.

We finished the sale, with no drama, no trying to sell us anything additional, and set up a delivery two days later. The delivery and installation (included in the price) went very smoothly and professionally. We just finished our first load of laundry, and are very happy campers!

Came home from vacation with a suitcase of dirty clothes and a broken washer. Went to Arnold's Appliance based on recommendation to get quickly find a replacement. Vincent helped me figure out what I needed, showed me a range of prices, and then let me figure things out. Then arranged delivery within 2 days--didn't have a chance to run out of clean clothes! Also big kudos to the delivery people. First time I've had the delivery person give me a detailed walkthrough of a new appliance--really knowledgeable.

We dealt with Les Crampton, who was very knowledgeable about all of the appliances we asked him about. The only thing that was somewhat irritating was the slow response to our phone calls. However, this was over the holidays, so I'm sure things were very busy. The installers did a great job. When our old refrigerator sprung a leak upon removal, they knew just what to do and acted professionaly the whole time.

I went into Arnold's Appliance on Saturday and the sales guy was helpful and friendly, low pressure. Answered all of my questions -- I knew which model of dishwasher I wanted and he helped me put the order in for both it and a new garbage disposal. They were able to deliver and install it the following Wednesday. Installation guy was friendly and efficient and had everything replaced fairly quickly. He even noticed a few leak potential items waiting to happen under the sink (unrelated to the dishwasher or disposal) and fixed them easily. Dishwasher works great, I'm happy with the purchase. I've been into their store before and have always had a good experience, this was my first purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to put them at the top of the list of retailers that I will shop around to in the future.

The sales guy that helped us, Vincent, was extremely knowledgeable and communicated all the information we cared about effectively. He was not pushy at all. We walked in not knowing much about what we wanted, and after talking to Vincent for some time we had the information we needed to make this big purchase (we got a Miele). We walked out commenting on how we wished we could have this kind of service in all our purchases. We bought the dishasher on Saturday during the long weekend, and the following Wednesday they sent someone to our house to do the installation. They removed the old dishwasher, protected the floor, and brought in the new one. In about 45 minutes, the work was completed without incidents. We will continue working with Vincent for all our appliances purchases.

I was very happy with the service I received from Arnold's Appliance. I awoke in the morning to find my freezer had defrosted and all of my food was warm. I made a call to them and they checked what they had in stock. They found a few models. We arrived and picked out the one I thought would work so they delivered it about an hour later. As it turned out it opened on the wrong side. I was so disappointed. Ross made a quick call to the store and found another model just like the one I picked out but with the door opening! They left and picked up the other refrigerator and made it back so I was able to have it set up that afternoon! Ross was very helpful and Jene was the greatest sales representative. I highly recommend working with Arnold's for appliances.

Good but had to wait several months because the double ovens tshey sold us were found to be back ordered several months.
