This included the bathroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, family and living room. They installed new wood floors in a lot of areas, tile floor in bathroom, tile inlay in entry, and a pony wall by front entry. Two main walls were removed between the family and living areas. "My house was damaged by a water leak in the master bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaked from under the shower and the leak got to the downstairs family room. After getting my phone call, Andrea responded very quickly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The shower, the floor, and the ceiling must be opened, dried, and the mold treated for mitigation. Andrea and his team did a great job in that. For the restoration, Andrea and his team had to replace two sinks with new countertops, redo one toilet, redo the shower with new dry wall, cement board, tiles, and the bathroom floor. For the family room, they had to repaint the ceiling and the result is great. I have no complaints. Everyone in his team is professional and I will not hesitate to hire them for another project."

"David came out right away to give an estimate and I had the estimate the following day. He was very personable and made sure to tell us a little about himself, his company,and his coworker Zach. We compared estimates and decided to go with David with scheduled work starting on July 28.
David, Zach, and Todd showed up July 28 around 8am. I was told that they had another job that they needed to finish up so Todd would be there all day and David/Zach would be back later.  I ran them through some of the additional work requests that were not included in the original estimate(re-tiling patch in shower, several more patches from the plumbers, baseboard). Received an estimate later that day and they even worked with us by using some left over materials from a previous  job to help lower the cost. 
We stopped by mostly every day, and at least one person was there anywhere between 7-8am and 6-7pm to get things done. There was a miscommunication early on regarding when they would be finished (initially was Thursday, then got pushed back to Saturday), but was able to reschedule all my other contractors so ended up not being a problem.  They also made sure to tell us of any issues they came across (downstairs drywall was pretty affected by the asbestos removal so gave options of just replace whole thing or fix). Really great about giving us quotes right away and not altering that figure after the fact. 
Overall, I think they all did a great job. They were all friendly and personable to talk to, took great care in protecting our floors, and kept us apprised of things as they went...all for a reasonable price. 
Note: Asbestos ceiling removal is pretty intensive and to repair the ceiling after the fact is even more so. We had not planned on repainting, but in order to smooth out the corners between the ceiling and wall, the mud came down about 1 foot (vs a couple of inches).

"Excellent service and fantastic results.  DJ gave us an estimate on hardwood floor installation.  This encompassed almost the entire flooring in our home.  The estimate included taking up the carpet on the areas we needed floored and removing all old materials.  Sanding, filling and 3 coats of Swedish finish.  He gave us an excellent installer, Mike.  Cannot say enough good things about Mike.  He knew exactly what to do.  Since we knew nothing about what installing hardwood entails, Mike was wonderful in explaining the process and answering all our questions.  They went above and beyond our expectations.  They even refinished an existing large area that was in need of this process. The kitchen and dining area had been distressed and when they refinished it the area looked completely different.  It looked like it was brand new. The final result is beautiful!  Our home looks 100% right.  I would highly recommend having Dj's Hardwood Floors.  They took the time and patience to produce a perfect finished product.  If we plan on having any more flooring done, we would only have Dj's Hardwood Floors install.
