"Jeremy and his staff are superior. The kitchen backsplash he installed for us turned out beautifully. He is precise and very particular, which is what we wanted. "The PacWest folks did a fine job on our outdoor water feature. It required removing old penny tiles, many of which had come loose, and replacing them with one foot square tiles that matched the backsplash. They accommodated our desire to get the job done promptly and we’re very professional. It was a little more expensive than we might have liked but we knew that in advance and are pleased with the final product."
