"Jeremy and his staff are superior. The kitchen backsplash he installed for us turned out beautifully. He is precise and very particular, which is what we wanted. When my husband mistakenly approved the way the grouting was done (It still looked perfect, I just wanted the grout at a 45 degree angle on the tile edge) while I was away, Jeremy didn't hesitate to come back to make the grout the way I'd wanted it. "Yes, the job was well done and on time. We had a problem with the tile and grout in our walk-in shower. He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. The rule tells you how to cut tile to install it in a corner. The 3/4/5 rule recommends that you should have 3 feet across on one straight line, four feet on the other perpendicular line, and 5 feet of length from the end of one of the lines to the other.
