I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning service! The carpet was left super clean and incredibly fluffy — honestly as clean as it can get. The whole process took about three hours, but it was absolutely worth it. It feels wonderful to see everything looking so fresh and spotless. Highly recommend!

Olsen Restoration and Carpet Cleaning did a great job. After surgery, I spilled coffee a few times and was concerned about the stains. I found Jeremy online and called on a Friday. He fit me in on the same day rather than going home early for the weekend. He did a great job, was friendly and very efficient. He got those stains out and that made me feel better in my recouping. Thanks to Jeremy and team for cleaning up my splills ! and he got me in end of day

Very happy with the prompt response and the deep cleaning on our beige carpets that removed some stains including where coffee has spilled. The cleaning made the the carpets look like new. Highly recommend.

Jeremy was outstanding! He was the first to call me back, within minutes. He listened to my circumstances; in having to scoot out of town due to a family emergency and understood the stress I was under. He made arrangements to schedule me in the following evening. He went above and beyond! After hours was an exception especially after working several other jobs but kept true to his word! I was moving out of my old unit and needed my carpets professionally cleaned. He did a fantastic job and will definitely use him again in the future! He was very nice and the carpet looked great until it dried completely. All the stains that were there have returned in the same spots, and it shows plainly where I had spot cleaned with Spotshot. It hardly looks like it was cleaned. I'm sorry that this turned out this way and I have meant to call them about this.

Olsen did a great job cleaning the carpets for our townhouse! Had some pretty nasty cat urine stains that he put in extra work to get out. We tried to clean it ourselves but seems like we made it worse, he figured out the right chemicals for the job. Thanks!

Got my carpets deep cleaned 2 weeks ago and my carpets turned out perfect!! I had some stains that my personal carpet cleaner wouldn't get out, Olsen's got them out! Also my carpets smell so good even 2 weeks later with a Rottweiler and 2 cats! I'm so amazed how good my carpets look and smell! Plus I loved the swirls that the cleaner made on my carpets. I've have had professional carpet cleaning before but this company outshine and out cleans them!

This wall-to-wall carpet is in a two bedroom two bath condo owned by an elderly couple who had a dog and were unable to keep up with the cleaning as needed. He answered my request for a quote promptly and was able to do my service the same day. I have never hired a carpet cleaner before, and was not sure to what degree the carpet would need to be cleaned. It was very dirty and the job required a lot more work than we thought it would. He came in, pretreated the carpet, and cleaned it. I was amazed at the transformation. The job ended up taking quite a bit longer than anticipated, but Mr. Olson was wonderful and did not rush to get completed. I would highly recommend him and his company. Before and after picture

DIFFICULT JOB - VERY PLEASED

He really cared about doing an excellent job. It took him longer than he thought, and he stuck with it and stayed until the carpets were cleaned and the entire building. We are a condominium and had him do the common. carpets in the hallways and entryways and stairs.

Jeremy did a fantastic job—so thorough and professional and precise. Used chemicals correctly. He turned my used furniture into brand new. And he’s positive and uplifting—he even opened the doors for me.
