Very expensive and overprice, just to change an Outdoor Garden Faucet that cost $32 at Home Depot, I paid $694.99, this is what you call HIGHWAY ROBBERY.

Oliver and John were awesome! They called to inquire if they could come early, which worked for me. They pitched in and helped me clear out small bit of my pantry, where my water heater is stored. We have used Day and Night twice this year with experiences that have been very different, you could say they live up to the name Day and night. Two months ago we used the company to replace old water heater and we were very happy with that experience. Work was done with attention to details and high quality workmanship. Two weeks ago we had to call Day and Night to help us fix broken angle stop on CPVC pipe under the sink. The water was off for 2 days so it wasn't an an active leak or an emergency. This time the experience was completely different. A crew of 2 plumbers spend 1hr under the sink where they cut out the broken CPVC pipe, use shark bite fitting to connect 12" on new copper and new angel stop. Material cost about $50 + 1 hour labor, we were charged us $1031. Lead plumber left us with a warning not to connect anything to the new angel valve because the pipe is not secured. He promised to come back and finish the work so we can connect the dishwasher but 2-weeks later were being told that maybe next week someone will come and finish but it will likely cost us more before the job is finally done. This hasn't been a pleasant experience forcing me to reduce my initial 5-star review to 2-stars.

After hours tech was on site within 8 hours of our call and our heat was back on two hours after arrival. Very straightforward and professional.

All of Day and Nite employees were skilled at their specific jobs. They were efficient, professional and courteous at all times. The trench that they dug was necessary to enable them to hand excavate through an existing hedge (32 years old with lots of roots) that was situated on top of existing electric and cable utilities. The diggers were meticulous in excavating and removing roots. They worked extremely hard to accommodate the schedule that their plumber was on. The plumber and assistants were obliged to extend their work out over three days in order to allow time for site work. They juggled our project with others, and did not have time or inclination to spend more time than necessary on ours. They had to reconnect our house to the existing water service each of two nights, so we would have water off hours while the project was in progress. The plumber was careful to discuss the price of our work as time went on (for example, the extent of hand trenching was not anticipated in the initial quote). He gave all of the price breaks that Day and Nite could give. We felt that the charges we incurred were fair.

Zachary and Jordan arrivef on time, were professional, knowledgeable, communicated well and performed thorough work speedily. I will call on Day & Night Plumbing again. This was a very positive experience.

They charged $700 to install a standard faucet on a standard sink. I had bought the faucet from Costco. There was nothing special about this job. They don’t provide an estimate on the phone so I was already paying $89 for the trip charge to find out that either I lose $89 or pay an additional $550+tax for the the job (total $700) which seriously is an insane amount of money for a faucet install. I was appalled at the estimate and asked why it’s so high. Plumber said it will take 2-3 hours! Really!! It took 30 minutes. Overpriced and misleading service. Look elsewhere for fair pricing.

He repaired the gas leak and check the furnace. All looks good and safe. He is very easy to talk with and his smile. We would like to have him again when needs.

Very well. Our technician, Kyus Sinicrope, was very professional but personable. He was polite, respectful and covcered his feet inside our home. The job was in a cramped and dirty space but he did not complain and did a wonderful job. He answered all of our questions and asked if there was anything else we needed. He was on time, explained all charges and was able to apply the company's senior discount to our total bill.

We had the wall opened up so they were quick to fix the issues and spotted some potential causes and educated us on them.

I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it.

It all went very smoothly, the plumbers were professional and personable, they Explained what they were doing and why. I cannot really make a judgment on cost because plumbing is expensive but I have used Day And Nite for many years and I do not comparison-shop.

The website states that this company provides 24/7 emergency service - not true. I called them today (February 8, 2022) with request to replace the leaking water tank. They responded that the earliest chance for them to do the replacement is February 18, 2022. So, that's how they respond to emergency. The operator (Lisa) was not willing to find any other earlier opportunity and very abruptly terminated our conversation.

Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!

Update 10/7: Day & Nite showed up early in the morning and did some quality work. Thank you, Alex. They explained things well and were respectful of our property. Right after everything was done, John called to make sure everything was as we liked. I don't know why we had been rescheduled thrice for over a month, but I have to conclude it was some random fluke. Update 10/6: The very next morning after writing the review below, I received an apologetic call from John R., their networks manager. Thank you for that. We agreed to reschedule one more time for 10/7. We're willing to give them another chance, because the one time we had them service our water heater and furnace, they did a great job (thanks, Tyler!). I'll update the review after they have come to perform the work. Original review 10/5: We asked Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating to install an exterior hose bib at our house. The installation was scheduled for September 21, 2021. On that day, we received a call at 9:36 AM that our installation had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency." We rescheduled it to October 4. Again, the morning of October 4, we received a call at 8:28 AM that our visit had to be rescheduled "because of a commercial emergency". It got rescheduled to today, October 5, and at 4:50 PM, we received a call that the plumbers weren't coming anymore, because another job had run late. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional. Now over a month has passed since we first scheduled the installation, and I have to find a different company all over again. If you actually need anything done, it seems like you unfortunately cannot rely on Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating.
