When my husband mistakenly approved the way the grouting was done (It still looked perfect, I just wanted the grout at a 45 degree angle on the tile edge) while I was away, Jeremy didn't hesitate to come back to make the grout the way I'd wanted it. It is one of the most "wow-factor" rooms in our home. The next day, the carpet guy arrived and we had our new carpet installed in a couple of hours. Again - a hard-working, fast and very competent worker. Overall, we have been extremely happy with this whole process. Not only was Eric great in helping us decide what to get - but his crews were efficient, fast and do great work.
