"Yes, the job was well done and on time. We had a problem with the tile and grout in our walk-in shower. He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. We highly recommend this gentleman."

It required removing old penny tiles, many of which had come loose, and replacing them with one foot square tiles that matched the backsplash. They accommodated our desire to get the job done promptly and we’re very professional. It was a little more expensive than we might have liked but we knew that in advance and are pleased with the final product."

"Last November we hired Steve and his crew from Steveâ s Home services to do a complete remodel of our main living areas of our home. This included the bathroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, family and living room. They installed new wood floors in a lot of areas, tile floor in bathroom, tile inlay in entry, and a pony wall by front entry. Two main walls were removed between the family and living areas. A full kitchen tear out and everything new was installed including the cabinets. They are a wonderful personable group of hard working contractors to work with. Their work is top quality! We had them in our home for about 5 weeks. We didnâ t have to move out because they cleaned up everyday and protected our furniture with coverings. We will hire them again for phase 2 to remodel our master bathroom."

"I had Seattle’s Tile Innovations install backsplash (subway tiles) in my newly remodeled kitchen. Ricky, from Seattle’s Tile Innovations was professional, courteous, friendly and finished the work on time. He provided us with different options in tile and grout and helped us throughout the whole process. We were totally novice when it came to tiling and he walked us through each step and answered all of our questions. I love how meticulous he is and how perfect the tiles (backsplash) ended up looking and his friendliness was surely a bonus. My kitchen looks awesome thanks to him. "Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."
