It was time to replace two basement windows that were leaking air and I wanted to find windows that would also meet egress code.  Jeff, from Statton Glass answered all my questions and gave additional helpful information on the different material, dimensions, pricing....etc.  The windows were delivered on time and everything went as planned.  If I need to purchase more windows in the future, would definitely give Jeff a call again.

The windows in our new home seem to be prone to losing their seal. The manufacture has honored the warrantee each time. We selected Staton Glass based on their proximity and rating on Angie's list . They were punctual and professional the first time we had to replace windows, and as a result had them replace the next set of failures.

A kid broke the glass on my window with a ball. I called Statton and they came the next day for an estimate. I agreed with their quote and they came back the following day to replace the broken glass. They cleaned up the broken glass and left. Easy breezy and exactly how things should go.

One of the two estimators who came by appointment was a family member from the business, which is always good. They were very professional and friendly. The installer was equally professional and friendly on the 2nd appointment.
There's nothing I love more than working with a terrific, locally owned, small business to get something done around our house!
That's what this was, by 100%.

They visited the site and took measurements, discussed the project with me, and then ordered the glass and installed it two-three weeks later.  The only difficulty was getting a response from them when I needed to schedule the first visit since they had to enter the neighbors property to access the window.  But aside from that they were able to replace the glass efficiently and relatively quickly once it came in.

Prompt, professional, friendly and courteous. Had to return a second time because one pane cracked during installation. Knew what they were doing and got it done.

I first contacted Statton Glass to get an estimate to replace the glass in two existing windows and they had someone out to do the estimate within a day or two.
When I received the quote the next day, I told them I would like to have them do the work, I also asked if they could call me  30 minutes before their arrival so I could meet them at the house and they did this with no hassle what so ever.  I meet them at the house and they performed they work in about 15-20 minutes.  I was really impressed with how quickly they did the work and on top of it, they were really nice and courteous guys.
Several months later we noticed that one of the metal frame pieces on the window had come loose, so we called them after hours and left a message.  They called back the next day and told us they would have someone stop by and take care of it.  A day later they fixed the loose frame piece and it looks great.  I thought for sure that it would take a small miracle for them to get out and take care of such a minor fix, but they were right on it.
I would use them again for any our window needs.

Went fantastic.  From selection to installation, Jeff was very helpful and did a great job.  He was very honest with us about the best way to spend our budget and helped us find the option that gave us what we wanted.  Installation went well with a couple of hiccups, but Jeff was very good about ensuring that we were pleased with the final product.

 A few days after the job was finished I notice a problem with one of the windows.

Gave me a time between 10-11 AM. Called at 925 and asked if they could arrive early and they did. The two men were very efficient. Couldn't do too much about a crank window I can't open, but everything else was excellent. They even had a vacuum cleaner with them, and cleaned up the small mess that had been made.

We had previously hired Statton Glass to repair a broken window.  Their price and workmanship were very good, and so we decided to hire them again to replace three panes that had fogged up.  
The work went very smoothly.  John Statton (business owner) came to do the initial measurements.  Their estimate was sent by email.  Once we agreed to the price, they ordered the glass.  When the glass was ready they contacted us to schedule the install.  We had one hiccup with the scheduling when they offered a date that worked well for us and then had to back out because they had made a scheduling error on their part.  After we found an alternative date, their installers arrived on time and completed the install in less than two hours, about half of the time that they had estimated.  They prepped the workspaces to ensure millwork and floors were protected, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.  From initial inquiry to final installation was less than three weeks time.  The new glass looks great.  In particular, the grids match well to the others.
In addition to the glass replacement, I asked John Statton for advice about some discolored vinyl trim around a couple of windows.  He said to definitely NOT paint the trim as that would not work.  Instead, he offered to send some RV cleaner along with his installers.  It turns out that the trim is slightly off color, but I appreciated his effort to help us on that front.  
All in all, another great experience working with Statton Glass.

Statton Glass responded to my inquiry within one business day, and came out to make an estimate soon after.  It took about a week for the new glass panels to be prepped, but as soon as it was ready, they scheduled the install.  The installer arrived on time, did a careful job, and cleaned-up.  I was very pleased with the quality, price, and timeliness of their service.
