"When I talked to them, they were extremely professional. I was able to tell them what I needed and they sent a person out to measure the floor right away and gave me an estimated time that they would be able to come out and they met the estimated time. I especially liked the fact that they were able to accomplish my preference of communication via email."

"When long time renter moved out of house I inherited I found that there were original hardwood floors underneath carpet Since renter had cats the floors were in bad shape.
