They have delivered a new granite fireplace hearth they measured cut installed and modified the new mantel to fit perfectly, 5 vanity tops at both our primary residence and a vacation home and a wet bar counter top. Most recently we needed new splash guard for a vanity that was damaged during a renovation because of water damage to the bathroom. Glen found a matching piece had it cut and polished in under an hour. Cant say enough good about them."

We specialize in Solid Wood cabinet refacing. No veneers or laminates, but rather 1/4 inch thick solid wood refacing, and custom built solid wood cabinet doors. We also custom build additional cabinetry, and add convenience items such as new drawers, sliding shelves etc. We also fabricate and install custom quartz countertops. All work is completed by our own employees, not subcontractors, and we guarantee our work and your satisfaction. We offer free in-home design and estimate appointments.

"Summary: The entire experience was excellent. Good communication throughout the process, and they did exactly what they said. They did the demolition on the cabinets, countertop, and backsplash, refaced some existing cabinets, and added a lot of custom cabinetry, along with a quartz countertop. The price was under 1/2 of what several other companies quoted. Price: They charged us under half of what some other companies quoted. However, it's not quite apples to apples, because those other companies folded in everything (plumbing, electrical, etc). I did some prep work myself to demo the existing island, and arranged the plumber and electrician myself. I ended up saving over $20k all told. What they do: They removed existing cabinets based on our contract, removed the existing tile backsplash and repaired the dry wall so that it was "tile ready". They installed custom cabinets (much higher quality than the existing boxes), faced all the cabinets to make the transitions from older boxes to new ones undetectable, added the new island and countertop. They replaced all doors with soft close hinges, and all of the new drawers also have soft close slides. The new cabinetry is very well made, real wood boxes, and high quality materials. What I did: before they came out, I took out the existing island. I also arranged for plumbing and electrical, as needed, and repaired the floor around the new island. After they left, I tiled the backsplash, installed the open shelving, and put soft close drawer slides in the old drawers to match the new ones. Timeline: Once we put down our deposit, we waited just about 5 months, which was a bummer. But once they started, they were true to their word and were done within 8 days. Results: We ended up with a really nice kitchen. The layout makes a lot more sense, and we essentially doubled the amount of usable counterspace. The cabinets and drawers are all soft close, and while we did put in some open shelves, we ended up netting about the same amount of cabinet storage with the addition of the new lowers along the wall and the much larger island. Other odd notes: We have two cats and two giant dogs, and needed access to the kitchen space during the remodel. They were really good about keeping doors closed and keeping the area tidy at the end of each work day. We planned to not use the kitchen during the remodel, but they did indicate that they would work with us if we had to."

We are a Granite & Marble slab fabricator and installer that is locally family-owned and operated. We do all of our own work from our showroom in Puyallup and our fabrication shop in Tacoma. We provide the best customer service and quality around. Our customers hand select every slab through a wholesaler of their choice. This ensures that each customer gets the actual material they want vs. having to buy what what might be available through a competitor. We also bid per slab, not square footage. This ensures that you will get the very best look for your project, rather than piecing remnants together to complete the job. We are a custom fabricator, and never use pre-made material from China. We also have a selection of remnants to choose from for bathroom vanities or small jobs. The material is free. You simply pay for fabrication and installation. Our showroom offers one-stop shopping to take the hassle out of remodeling, and we have numerous top-notch, experienced contractors who we trust enough to recommend to our customers. Orca works with Royal Cabinets, a custom cabinet company, also in Puyallup, and a local hardwood flooring company.
