Very professional company. Also very friendly. Always available when needed. Very flexible. Designer Erin was fabulous. Went with me to Pental to choose the granite. Very knowledgeable of all available materials and had great recommendations. The various subcontractors were also professional and showed up when they said they would. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

A comedy of errors!!!
The project took twice as long as promised.
We wordered solid cherry cabinets but when they arrived we got veneer.  They reordered them and when we got them the 2nd time 7 door fronts were the wrong size so we had to order them a third time.  We ordered 4 inch deep drawers but when they arrived they were only two inches deep.
They installed the granite on the island crooked.  When they tried to fix it they damaged the cabinets underneath so they had to order new sides to the cabinets.  They cut the hole for the stove too big and had to come back and reinfo
rce it so the stove wouldn't fall thru.
They dropped the 1 inch thick back splash on the subflooring putting a hole in it and breaking off the corner of the back splash.  They tried to take the pieces and glue them in place which we easily noticed so they had totake it down and replace.
They installed the body sprayers too close to the side wall making it unusable.  They had to be taken down and moved.
You could see the seams in the drywall they did and only spot textured it so it didn't match the existing texture.  They didn't cover anything so the texture went on the light fixtures and cabinets. When they installed the appliances they broke the downdraft, damaged the fridge, scratched the new hardwood floor installing the dishwasher and cracked the brand new toilet.
They did end up fixing almost everything but this is why the job took so long to complete.

They did a wonderful job! I think are great people to work with, and I’d highly recommend them. Their work looks fantastic because their craftsmanship is excellent. Also, we got a fair market value for the quality of the materials.

High-quality work, competent workers.  Progress through the project was sporadic, taking more time than anticipated.  But the wait was well worth it.  I definitely would hire this company again and most probably will.

They were recommended to us by someone else that was very happy with them.  They were really good.  A lot of the time I was working when they were doing their work.  It was a little inconvenient, but luckily we had a bathroom downstairs.  That would happen with anyone.  They were great to work with.  Their design concepts were really good.  They talked us into some things that we hadn't thought about.  They were good designers.  They did beautiful work.  Everyone that comes into our bathroom says "Wow!"  They weren't our cheapest bid, but they also used high end products.  They did a granite surround around the tub that is incredible!  They also did granite and marble countertops.  They did a great job.  One of the best things they do is the installation of granite.  I wish I would have known when I redid my my kitchen.  They do an "S" type seam on a granite that you can't even see, if you have to seam something.  They do the best installation I have ever seen on granite.  They were very punctual, in fact they were always early.

I used them after my neighbors were happy with their work. Everything worked out fine. They fixed a couple of little things after the fact, and I had no complaints.

It went well. About the only issue we had was making contact with our contractor. For a short time it seemed like we weren't on his list but he became much more involved as the job went on and did some finsh work in our kitchen himself.

Not exactly a nightmare, but definitely a bad dream... THE PROJECT: We converted an extra bedroom into a Master bathroom adjacent to our Master bedroom. Doing so required tearing the room completely down to the studs and plumbing, manufacturing, tiling, installing bathroom furniture/fixtures, painting, etc. Huge job. Because of their impressive showroom, nice people and good selection of tile, we chose to have CTM do the shower part of the bathroom (and we would do the rest). Their price was definitely not the lowest, but I figured they would make it up in quality. Nyet. After the plumber came and installed all of the plumbing for the shower/vanities/toilet, CTM came and poured the concrete shower pan. This part went fine with no issues. When it came to installing the slate tile walls/floor, their attention-to-detail became a problem. SHOWER WALLS: Indian slate has little consistency in appearance, varying in look and quality from piece to piece. So WE meticulously laid out which piece of slate we wanted on each part of the wall so the installer would not be burdened. FAIL. The installer did not use our layout. In fact, WE had to remove/replace several of his tiles with a hammer because it looked so bad. The theme of this bathroom was sort of a modern Asian one, so we purchased some expensive listello tiles that looked just like bamboo stalks. We wanted them installed on the wall so it looked like the bamboo was growing out of the floor, up the wall and into the ceiling in a natural way. We even installed them on the wall ahead of time so the installer would not have to guess what we wanted when he tiled around the bamboo. Nyet, he still couldn't do it right. He took down the work we did, installed the slate on the wall where the listellos were, and then haphazardly tried to recreate our work by cutting the tile on the wall to make room for the decorative listellos. I suppose I wouldn't care HOW he did it if it looked good when complete, but this turned out poorly. Very amateur-ish for something that was going to be the focal point of the shower. Installing all of the custom listellos cost extra, so there is an expectation that it would be done in an aesthetically pleasing way. Nyet. SHOWER FLOOR: This whole bathroom was custom, so there were a lot of details that needed to be attended to in each component of the room. The shower floor was no different. As part of the "Asian Zen" theme we were working with, a white pebble foot path was supposed to meander from the shower door to the far corner of the large shower. Again, we laid the pebble-tile all out for the installer, told him what our intent was for the footpath, and even cut all of the floor slate to CTM's specifications (saving time/money). Nyet. They jacked this up too. The path didn't "meander" like we had originally laid it out on the floor. Instead, it looked angular and un-natural. The grout work honestly looked horrible, even to a person who doesn't understand grout; positively lame. All the work I did to cut the floor tile to the dimensions they wanted was suddenly changed (for no good reason) to a smaller size, requiring the installer to re-cut the tile and costing an extra $200 for his time. To top it all off, the installer did not use the color grout we had expressly chosen for the project. And once the grout is up, it?s kind of hard to fix without re-doing everything... Of course there was a language barrier with the installer, but if CTM (the company) really cared about the end result of this project, they should have had an english/russian-speaking project manager on site to make sure that the plan and the customer's intent was being fulfilled and the installer was doing his job correctly. Instead, we were on our own, managing CTM's employees while they were on our jobsite. THE DRAMA: Needless to say, we were not very happy with how this project turned out. So we calmly and rationally went to the CTM showroom one Saturday, with pictures of all of the problems, to discuss how it could all be fixed. We spoke to our designer (who was truly our advocate, backing up all of our assertions) and the business manager (who was out to make a buck and find fault with us despite what the designer's plans specifically said). In the spirit of fairness and expediency, we conceded some points and so did they, but the bottom line was that CTM was not fully committed to taking care of us, being very standoffish when it came to repairing problems that were clearly theirs. End result, meeting Monday morning at the jobsite to discuss with the installer and the designer the problems and how to fix them. Monday morning, designer (petite female) and installer (gruff and unkempt male) show up separately and we go into the bathroom to point out all the issues. It quickly becomes clear to the designer that our assertions about the quality of the installer's work were correct, and she literally begins yelling at him in the shower in front of us, just like a nagging wife. Though technically what she said was right, how she did it was unprofessional. Naturally, he begins yelling back and they end up getting into a scuffle right there in our shower. He ends up storming off while she regains her composure with us. Nyet, nyet, nyet! After some calls with the busine$$ manager and some discussion on the jobsite with the designer, the installer was ordered to return and fix some of his crappy work (not all to our satisfaction, mind you) and leave. We still had to go back over his work and fix some stuff, but we were just glad to have them out of our house. As part of the original plan, CTM was going to provide the glass shower enclosure/door (very expensive) and we even had them on tap for a $26,000 kitchen remodel for us. Needless to say, Nyet. They will be getting no more of our money and we will not recommend them to any of our friends. Maybe our enemies can keep them in business for a while?

They were very good throughout the entire process. They want to be part of the community and that is important to me. I would hire them again and I have recommended them to others.
