Friendly folks and I'm sure they do good work elsewhere. However they came out and told us the leak was in the tiles and that they needed to reseal. After we resealed and installed a new shower enclosure we found out the leak was instead in the pan and had to have everything torn out and replace. The initial work which was completely unnecessary cost us over $2000 for the Grout Doctor to find, reseal and have another company install new enclosure which had to be torn out. Subsequently we had a plumber come out who plugged the drain and informed us within a half our that the leak was in the pan.

Dakota (John's son) did a great job removing old deteriorating grout and regrouting the shower curb, and in acid washing the floor of the shower. He was very punctual, answered all our questions, and id a great job.

Very team oriented.... I recommend them to all and they are very true to thier word. I trusted Al in my home alone several days . I let him in and he was very trustworthy to close as he left. They were very patient with me as well!!! Great Job

They are absolutely wonderful! The sealant brought out the color of the tiles but didn't leave a glossy, shiny finish. They are exactly as we wished.

They showed up on time. Dakota, the son, worked on the tub and the kitchen sink and did an excellent job. John worked on the shower stall. He had to come back a second time as the grout remained a dark dirty color. It is still a little splotchy but we will keep it as it is.

She had to reschedule because of snow but showed up on time at the new appointment date. It took about three hours and she did a very nice job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout in our master bath which included the shower enclosure, floors and counter top. She removed the old silicone seals from around the bottom of the shower and the kitchen sink and replaced them with the appropriate materials. She also added a bead of clear silicone along the edge of the tub and floor in our guest bathroom. Very professional.
