Rebecca, Jaime, and the whole crew are absolutely amazing at what they do! Rebecca went above and beyond every step of the way. She made sure that all of the slabs we ordered fit together and looked amazing. She asked a lot of questions and made suggestions and helped guide us when needed, that made the process very smooth and headache free. I really appreciated that she took the time to answer all of my dad's questions, and it was such a pleasure to work with her. The timelines were very clearly communicated. I especially appreciated that Rebecca kept us up to date throughout the entire process and took the time to check in and make sure we were happy with the slabs we selected and the layout of our counters and backsplashes. Rebecca was knowledgeable and professional; she really puts her all into every project. Jaime came out and measured and made sure to pay attention to all the funky details of our home. He provided amazing advice and suggestions that really elevated our project. I was very detail oriented, and we could see that Jaime was very experienced, and he double checked all the measurements and took into account details that we would have otherwise overlooked. Jaime was very thorough! He and Rebecca make an excellent team! The installation team arrived with our new countertops I was impressed with how careful they were not to damage our cabinets and walls. The installation crew was very friendly and were incredibly efficient in getting the countertops in and installing the sinks. We ended up requesting one minor adjustment a few days later and the team came out and took care of things swiftly. They were very gracious and helpful, really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. After the installation we were able to schedule a time to pick up the remnants of our slabs. I highly recommend Granite Designer! We’ve had countertops installed in our other homes before and it can be a nerve wracking project. I would say that first time countertop buyers would really benefit from Granite Designer’s thorough approach to explaining the process and checking in. Homeowners who have been through the process before will appreciate Granite Designer’s professionalism and attention to detail.

They were excellent and communicated very well. They did a great job and came back to do what's needed to be done. I was very pleased with the service.

I am really happy with the quality of the materials and the work that they did for us. I was running out of time for my tenants to move in and they came through just as they promised.
