After Vasiliy’s crew refinished the floors, it looked great and you could not tell there were irregularities. They were on time, professional and paid attention to detail. "I had a great experience with Cristian and Travis from Five Star Hardwoods. They were the first to respond when I reached out to several companies for a bid. They made it out to my house in a timely manor and I received a reasonable quote shortly thereafter. They were accomodating and flexible when scheduling the timing of the refinishing. Travis was in charge of sanding and fixing the damaged areas. He was on time and had a great disposition. These guys are doing very hard work... particularly in our case they had to move some very large furniture... and they do it with a great attitude. Cristian is a really nice to work with and he understood exactly what I was looking for as far as the finish and sheen of the wood floors. He clearly takes pride in doing beautiful work. Everything they did exceeded my expectations. We have beautiful wood vent covers in each room now that are flush with the floors and perfectly matching quarter round. The house was cleaned nicely, and Cristian checked in with me after the work was completed to see if we needed some help reassembling a tricky bunk bed that my kids sleep in.
