Vic at Elite Hardwood Floors is excellent to work with. I hired him twice and both times I have been thoroughly impressed with the results!

Vic, David and Andy did a great job meeting our aggressive timeline and delivering a quality refinished wood floor. Their team also sanded and re-stained our baseboards to make them look good as new.

Vic and Elite Hardwood Flooring recently completed a 1000 SF hardwood install of our entire first floor and 2 sets of stairs. They did a masterful job and their decades of experience showed. Other contractors that gave quotes didn't want to interlace the flooring into our existing, or couldn't find the materials, but Vic did both and recommended other great improvements in the process. He was a delight to communicate with, and I especially appreciated the fact that he was straight with expectations and didn't over-promise on timelines. His priority was making sure the job was top notch in the end, and it was. Won't be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Could be the very best hardwood installation company in our area. Don't bother with anyone else.

Vic and his team, led by David, were hired to refinish our hardwood floors. But the first time it was refinished, there was a chemical reaction that left some cloudy-looking areas on the wood. Vic agreed it wasn't perfect and his team came out and refinished it again, at no cost to us. Promptly got a call with follow up quote for my job. Job was scheduled immediately. My wood floors look great.

I got quotes from 4 contractors. I choose Elite because I liked Vic the owner, and I felt the scope of work he recommended is what we wanted done. To do the full scope, with several coats meant that we had to get out of the house for several days. We got the quote in October but asked if could have the work done to line up with a planned vacation in February. Victor was very accommodating. The finished job looks great, and we are very happy with the work. I have recommended Elite to my neighbors who asked how the work went.

Vic and his team do a good job. They are pricey. They know wood floors and will set ur expectations as to what is possible with ur floor. They are patient and make you aware of ur options. Overall i thought the communication can be better and overall professionalism can be better.

Bad experience. I regret I hired him. The invoice I got from Vic, the owner, is much more than his estimate. In his estimate, he listed baseboard installation. He agreed that he will not charge me if I am going to reinstall the baseboard back. However, he still charged me half. He said that is the removal fee. The baseboard was damaged when they were removed. I have to pay another guy to replace the damaged pieces. He also added a more than $500 cleanup fee in his invoice. It was not in his estimate. Vic said that was for the cleanup before they start the job. How could he not see the cleanup need when he checked the job site while giving me the estimate. Even the cleanup was something he overlooked, more than $500 is still too much, because his floor job area is only a little over 1000 sqf, It was an empty house. His guys removed the carpet in order to do the job. But his guys would not put back the carpet after the job is done. I have to hire a carpet guy to put the carpet back. It was totally a very bad experience.

Our floor was unattractive because a previous contractor used the wrong finish in three places. Elite Hardwood Floors fixed it. Everything looks great.

I wish they had a sample of the finishes to choose from. I might have gone thin the shiner one if I had seen a sample
