The fellow that did the cleaning was very personable and did an excellent job. The tub surround required a lot of extra work because the tiles had been sealed. Both the bathroom and the kitchen floors look great. I will hire Pure Clean again and I will recommend them to my friends.

Pure Clean did a fine job. They were professional, on time, and informative, letting us know what to expect. They told us our options, but did not try to upsell knowing our carpeting was brand new. My only complaint is that they did not remove several spots of latex paint. This surprised me.

Second time I've called them - they were able to set an aptmt. for 2 days out. Andy Thor did the work - most professional, courteous and helpful with information. Golden had done a piddle on thick carpet and I couldn't get cleaned out....even with all the fancy odor-free products. They were here less than an hour, and carpet and whole room smells orange-fresh! Cars are looking good, too. Price for all 3 was only $202 - I'll hire them all the time for my carpets and couches. And just found out they do cleaning/polishing of stone work, and several other services.

Mike Stinson was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to get the entire house carpet looking like new. Chose the platinum package since it offered a few extra options we desired. It also came with a guarantee for a free cleaning within 6 months if any stain could not come up with the free stain remover they provided.

Vince was on time, courteous, and gave a realistic appraisal of what could and could not be accomplished with cleaning. Price, including optional protective treatment, was very reasonable. Communication from company and scheduling was excellent. The cleaned rug looked terrific. Would definitely hire again.

I did not appreciate their approach to discussing fees. I prefer to do everything online, state my needs and receive the exact price for the work. Instead they waited till they got to my house to layout all of the various options and then asked me several times if I wanted other work done. I like everything up front and online without phone calls back and forth.

I've never had an oriental carpet cleaned before so I didn't know what to ask or ask for. I called ahead and set a time to take it in. The person that helped me was so pleasant and helpful, she even took notes of my requests. I explained that I was having it cleaned and putting it in storage for a year or two. When I explained I was moving in 3 weeks she said she would make it urgent for me. Rather than just roll it up they even added a layer or paper to protect the fibers in storage. Picking it up was equally nice, they carried it out to my car and moved the seats and some boxes around until they could get it in my car without being in my way. Who would think someone was drive away from having a carpet cleaned smiling. Well done PureClean.

Excellent job all around!

Rep was professional, but overall I am extremely disappointed with the service. For the high cost, I expected much better results, and find what I was left with is no better than what I had before they arrived. I realize my carpets are not new, but would expect them to look better, not worse in some places. I like their products are safe for pets andnon-toxic, but they did not perform as described or expected. I was also disappoint ted in the scheduling process, the person answering the phone and making appointments was clueless to their services and process. They also do not give any sort if quote by phone, only on-site at appointment time. If you don't like the price, they just leave, but this delays you getting carpets cleaned as you have to go back and fi d so done else. If you are in a rush for any reason, you are stuck accepting their service on arrival, and at a high cost.

Pureclean did a wonderful job!!! David was on time, he showed me what he would be doing per my needs, he was professional and friendly. I live in an apartment so the is few years old, this cleaning brought life back to it and took away the dinginess of the well traveled path. Dried quickly.

The old carpet definitely looked newer. I liked the orangey smell while it was being cleaned. The biggest surprise was the bad rust stains came out completely! The whole process of discussing what level of cleaning to do and then the cleaning itself took a while. It cost more than I expected, but the employee was very pleasant, seemed to genuinely care about the results, and when we saw the results, we were very pleased.

These guys are terrific. Arrived on time. Nathan did an excellent job, got up all the stains and left the house looking fresh and clean and smelling great. We couldn't be happier with their service. Will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This is a terrific company! Very good understanding of the chemistry of eco friendly stain and odor removal. Beau was very prompt, thorough, and personable. Now if only my tiny dog would get with the program....reliably!
