Zvara Custom Wood Floors is a locally-owned family business headquartered in Snoqualmie, WA. We are the third generation in a family of Swedish hardwood floor craftsmen. All our family team members have been professionally trained and certified by at the National Wood Flooring Association advanced training programs in St. Louis, Missouri, and regularly participate in ongoing training on advanced techniques and new materials. And we are certified as a “Green” business and supplier of hardwoods from sustainably-managed forests. Your custom wood floor will be installed by our family of skilled craftsmen. We never use subcontractors.

"When we first meet the owners to give us an the initial estimate and into the preconstruction stage, we had a feeling that what we told them what we wanted went in one ear and out the other. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OWNER AND INSTALL CREW WAS DONE. Owner that did the estimate went hunting and did not communicate and information we discussed to his install crew. After the initial refinishing, the owner became obnoxious and rude when I challenged him on the particles of foreign material that were adhered into the floor finish through the whole floor area. We were told that the refrigerator would be removed in order to have the that area under the refrigerator refinished as well. That didn't happen either. (Owner does not wear shoes in the house) Scuff marks from rubber sole shoes were were made by back door and adhered into the floor finish. When I asked, I was told that the dog must have done it. (he wasn't trying to be funny) I told the owner that we had squeaks in the floor, he said to put tape down were the squeaks were and that would take care of it. That didn't happen. Clean up as they said would do i.e. wipe down walls, etc, was not done. Overall, when they did came back two other times to redo, no booties were worn. some particles still remain in the floor, the area under the refrigerator did not receive the Swedish finish. No offer for a credit to us in having to stay in a hotel again when they came back to redo the floors again. For "Professionalism" they would have gotten a "F" if it was not for Joe."
