I had problems with my wireless devices constantly dropping off the network. Bestbuy Geeksquad came out few months ago and upgraded the modem and wireless router in my office. However, that did not solve the problem. Luckily I called SVC. After half an hour of troubleshooting with Wade over the phone, he was able to quickly locate the problem and put me on the schedule. The team were on time and came prepared. They were able to replace the internet line between my house and the street.

After a recent break-in at my business in Kent, I discovered none of my wireless Alro camera recorded any footage at the night of the incident. I called 5 local companies and received only 2 estimates in a timely manner. Wade was the only person that returned my call on the same day and came out the next day to look at the building. He showed me jammers that are available to the public that can easily be used to disable the security systems. I am very happy with the system and service provided by SVC. I decided to work with SVC because they are professional, prepared, fast and more importantly honest. They were able to fit me in on their schedule the following week and installed 26 cameras inside my warehouse in 3 days. Stop wasting time and money on the wireless camera systems. The day they did the work him and his crew were very professional and made sure everything was setup just how I wanted it. He helped setup the software for the NVR and the phone app and made sure everything was working and has continued to answer questions for me after the install. I shopped thoroughly for cameras, first starting with Comcast and Protection One, then independent dealers. I was replacing outdated camera technology. SVC and Wade and his crew were outstanding. They were punctual, clean, mindful of COVID restrictions and their products were awesome. Easy to use; great clarity, and I like the personal service of this smaller company. I would strongly recommend you give him a shot. He was a complete stranger to me and this is the first review I've ever given. The price and options he gave me were spot on and extremely competitive.

I was shopping for a security system to be installed on the outside of our home. Found SVC Technology and contacted for a quote. Wade S, founder & president, responded right away. He come out for a complementary estimate the next day and had a written proposal the same day. I appreciated a detailed explanation that was given to me during the visit of the work and the warranty that will be done. I am not really tech savvy so the fact that they will take care of the set up and connect the cameras to be viewed on our tv was a selling point for me. Wade also applied a 10% discount on the total cost of the job even though the discount usually gets applied towards the hardware, which I am providing. Thus far, everything has been great. Looking forward to working with SVC. Update after the installation: 1.All of the cameras were installed without showing any wires. 2. The job was completed the same day. 3. Everything was kept clean. 4. Set up on tv and app was gone over to make sure I understand how to use it. 5. The price was very reasonable. 6.
