It was budget friendly! Alex, the owner and Edwin, the manager was in contact throughout the process. We're happy with the LVP material they provided. Installer guy did a great job. He was polite and professional and completed the installation in one day. We definitely recommend this company.

The installation process went great. Edwin was in contact with us throughout the process from giving the quote to the installation day and also followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. Installers were very punctual and did a great job in exact time frame they provided. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Excellent. The existing floors are 30 years and had several small areas of water damage. The damage boards were replaced and the floor was refinished in a very timely. They look better than they ever have. I couldn't be any happier with the job. Alex, the owner, David, the general manager, the Paul, the sales manager, and Sergei and his refinishing crew were responsive immediately to all my concerns in the most professional and friendly way with clear communication and clarity regarding the job from the time of the bid to moving the furniture back at the end of the job. Excellent finished product and communication throughout the process. David and team were very transparent about costs and stayed within agreed budget and project parameters. They also were flexible on timing and finished two projects (flooring and paint) on schedule.

They were very responsive and prompt. They followed through and made us feel comfortable in the entire process. The two gentleman who came out to do the work were very neat, clean, and knowledgeable; they answered all of the questions we had . They were able to complete all of the work in one day and did an amazing job.

E&A was very accommodating, as we are on a very tight deadline in a series of connected steps to get ready to have the basement slab raised. E&A provided a fast turnaround on a bid and was very accommodating on the tight deadline. All of this process was handled over a weekend. In the dates we suggested, in list of ordered preference, we offered to even have the work done on that Monday, if it turned out that a different job ended earlier than planned, never expecting that that would happen. We were thrilled when we got a call about noon that Monday, saying that their carpet guy could come about 1:30! He was prompt, professional, courteous, prepared. He pulled back the carpet with care, as it is going to be reinstalled. He rolled it up efficiently and even suggested that I mark the back so that we could identify the two rolls. Everything was done with care and efficiency. We were surprised at how quickly he was able to accomplish the work. We definitely will hire E&A to do the carpet work after our other work is completed.

Fast, efficient, friendly, great result. Only minor complaint is that carpet tufts/detritus was not cleaned up in parking lot outside front door. Would definitely hire again, though - Alex mad the whole process easy and painless.

It went amazing! They did it so fast.

Went very well! I opened an auto detail shop in Mukilteo and the building was very old. The floors were awful and I knew I needed a professional to make it right. After getting a few quotes I decided E&A was my safest bet. And I was right. From the first phone call to the rep squeezing me into his busy schedule for the estimate, I felt they knew the process through and through every step of the way. The floors were excellent and within our budget. They explained to me all the different options I could have gone with and why the one I chose was the best one for my business. I know that in my industry it’s all about earning the customers trust first, then you earn their business, and E&A was able to do that for me. The works was done well, they cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. All in all I feel everything about these folks is utter professionalism and excellence. I Highly recommend them!

I needed fast efficient service before Xmas and that’s what I got! The team and company made me feel #1 from the start and made me a priority till the job was done!! The job took longer than expected because of my floor being not leveled ..not visible by carpet ... it didn’t matter cuz this company did things smart and right. I hate spending money but I would spend every penny on quote plus more for the result I received. You all rock!! You get what you pay for and I was beyond pleased! Plus I never take time (usually just want the job done and people out) for reviews but I am this time.. cuz it was a great result

Great company!! The best part of the company was was the installers they campy by at the right time and spoke to use and explained us what the steps will be. They finished my house in two days. Best part they treated my home as they where guests. Thanks E&A you truly stand out.
