Excellent. Brad was prompt. We worked through job ahead of time using photos. Did quality work. He discussed options with me. Looks great and a very nice gy to work with.

It went very well. Brad did a great job! He is a good communicator and checked in with me often. I could tell he was experienced with many household repair situations. We'll definitely have him back for more projects.

The project went great. I think it was slightly tougher than initially anticipated given the age of our home and some of the weirdness that goes with older homes, but Brad did a great job. He installed a new electrical outlet in a cabinet, in-wall ducting for oven range ventilation, and then mounted the above-the-range microwave (which also does the ventilation). Everything looks and works great.

Great! He's very efficient and uses his vast experience to come up with good ideas to deal with unexpected or unusual problems. He also showed me how to smooth and improve the looks of a poorly done cut on the pre-made countertop. Brad figured out inexpensive ways to strengthen an 18" long unsupported counter by using his own wood, brackets I had on hand, and a steel bar he had in his truck and spray painted so it wouldn't show dark against the light underside of the counter.

I emailed Brad in mid June, letting him know that I was looking to have the noted work done. I told him that because we were having our hardwood floors refinished he would not be able to access the house for measurements until nearly a week later. He was very accommodating and came exactly as scheduled. He let me know that he could schedule delivery and installation on July 13, which gave plenty of time to get the unusually sized door. He appeared at the date and time promised and was a quiet, efficient worker. The doors all work smoothly, now. Since it is a one man operation, there is no room for excuses, and this is a worker who does not need any. I was very pleased, and would recommend him and hire him again. Note that the cost includes the price of the new door.

It all went very well. He's a nice guy who knows his stuff and charges reasonable prices. He does seem to be very busy, so scheduling was a bit of a challenge.

Brad works very fast and focused. He has great knowledge and solves problems along the way. We knew he was expensive but I think his efficiency makes up for it. We are very pleased. He whizzed through the instruction book, We all know assembly directions can be a nightmare, and he made adjustments without a hitch. The kit had more pieces than expected so he worked longer days to get it done.

It took something like 4 hours to secure the furniture. It was just one worker that came out.

It went great! Showed up on time, did all the work cleanly and professionally. Showed my everything he was going to do and found solutions for a couple minor hiccups. It was nice that he sent a list of everything he needed for the job so we could go purchase (we'd already purchased most of the big items anyway). Had to wait a bit to get him scheduled since he's so booked, but it was worth the wait and would hire again.

They're really expensive. It was $800 for 8 hours, but he was very good.

It went very well. The price was more than what I expected, but we did not shop around so I do not have anything to compare to. Brad did the exact same work to our neighbor's house, and they were happy with his work, so they recommended him for ours. He did the work over three days. He did everything himself, from demo to reinforcing the stairs, drywall, mudding, painting, flooring, electrical (one light socket with switch), floorboards, and debris removal. He also put in a much nicer (recessed) handle for the crawl space hatch that goes under the house. He was very courteous and on time all three days. My wife said he always let her know when things were going to be loud, since we have a baby. We now have a much bigger (walk-in) closet under our stairs, and we're very happy with the results. Great quality work, and very nice guy. Would hire again, and would recommend to anyone.

I've used Sir Fix A Lot twice now and both times the services were performed perfectly. This time he had to come and fix a job that someone else had done poorly. The results were great!

Brad was busy so it was about a month after I called before the work could be done but he asked for photos and we exchanged phone calls and emails which helped him be prepared for what was needed and enabled him to give an accurate estimate.
He worked several hours the first day doing the smaller handyman jobs and drywalled a small hole which was in an awkward location behind a toilet; a foot-square wall opening where some plumbing repairs had been made, and a large section of two walls in which a water pipe had been installed. He also had to install an access panel for the water turn-off. A second visit was required to texture the walls after everything had dried. I did not ask him to do any painting.
The drywall work is impeccable and I am very pleased with the appearance. Brad works quickly and the clean-up was thorough. I could not have asked for better work and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

He contacted me first via e-mail and then a courteous call. Inquired as to what I needed done. I took pictures and gave him the details and set up an appointment. He arrived on the scheduled day promptly. He performed every task that I requested efficiently, courteously and with great attention to detail. My wife was even impressed. Days after his work, we noticed that our hall lights were flickering. This being a new problem, we contacted Brad to ask if it might in some way have been related to work that had been done. He returned our call right away and came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot this problem. He was at our home for two hours, found the problem that had nothing to do with his work but found a minor issue he had missed. Said we were squared up, left with a smile. We will definitely recommend and utilize him in the future.

Brad was extremely helpful throughout our double door installation process. He's highly knowledgeable and helped us work through all of the details to ensure our double door installation would be a success. He knew what supplies we would need and how to prep for
The process was very smooth, and his estimate was spot on.
Our new study doors look incredibly classy, and we are super happy with the upgrade.
We look forward to working with Brad again on future projects.
