He informed us that the garage electric water heater needed to be replaced, and that flushing it is not recommended, since it would be a waste of money (my words, not the techs). Therefor we opted to have our newer water heater flushed in the basement to use our "Big Deal"... Unfortunately he did not have a pump on the truck to flush tank in basement.
