Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. The team was on time, professional, and did really good work. We ended up needing a sump pump due to ground water coming up. They applied a mold application and completed the work in a day.
