"Update 6/22/2023: We are grateful to the [Member Name Removed] for allowing us to correct the shortcomings of the initial visit. We try very hard to make every experience with us simple as possible. However, we know we are prone to mistakes from time to time. We have never left a client unhappy if given the chance to make it right. Again, we appreciate the opportunity to finish this repair job the way the client expected. Update: 6/8/2023: The [Member Name Removed] really did have a bad experience with us and the staff involved have been let go. [Member Name Removed] and her husband are very gracious to give us a chance to come out next week and make the corrections. We look forward to a revised review confirming that we are family run company that cares about good outcomes for everyone when given the chance to make up for our mistakes Intial response to the poor review: We said it before and it will be true for this client as well. We Always reach out immediatly for any client that isn't completely satisfied with their experience with Rain Pros. It looks like the client was accidently billed for a warranty stop, we will make that adjustment and try to figure out how the process broke down between the field and the office. Also, a reminder that we have an option on our main phone line 253-678-7111 to connect directly with a manager so concerns like this can be resolved quickly for clients that feel there has been an error on our part that isn't being resolved by the staff to their satisifaction. Again, we hate to let anyone down and will do what is needed to redeem ourselves for this client as well."
"We have reached out to make this right for the member. She is graciously letting us prove ourselves over time. There was more mistakes made than she can even fit in this review and we are embarrassed for her experience with us. She has been let down multiple times and stayed calm throughout. As a reminder, please call our general line opt 6 and leave a message for a manager if you ever feel an issue isn't being handled correctly/timely. We know we make mistakes but we always work to correct them and make it right for the client. We will do it for this member and will always do it for every person. 5/25 update. We will take the 3 star review, upgraded from all F's previously, after all we put this client through. The member did let us make things right and will likely let us redeem ourselves with a proper experience in the future.
