Our team helps home owners design their bathroom to combine the best of functionality, aesthetics and comfort. We make your dream our mission. We are craftsmen with over 30 years of remodeling experience and are passionate about transforming ordinary spaces into havens of luxury and convenience.

"They started in mid-October and promised to be finished 12/15. They sort of finished 1/28. They promised me that all three of them would work on my projects simultaneously and that they would get everything done quickly. Instead, there was usually just one guy working on things. The shower pan that was installed in my walk-in shower was done incorrectly so it leaked for about a month before I caught it. They did come back to fix it. The measurement of my kitchen was so off that I had to send back two cabinets and purchase another cabinet to make things right. They screwed up the shower door installation in my main bath so badly that it was unusable. That was in January. They eventually came back in April to fix the messed up tile in that shower and said they'd be back in a couple of weeks to finish things up. They didn't offer to come back until last week. By that time, I had already had all the little things and the new shower door done."

"there is a quick summary at the bottom if you want to skip the details. I have received service from this company twice. The first time I had a leak in a bathtub. They removed the drain with a Dremel since it was stuck, then they were about to leave to go to home depot to get plumber's putty, but I had some so they were able to get the part quickly replaced. Maybe this is a bit of a fluke, but that seems like a fairly basic thing to have when going to fix this kind of leak. Overall it was a positive interaction so I didn't think much of it. I recently bought a bidet on amazon. It arrived and I put it in. The problem was that I couldn't connect the toilet to the wall since the hose was a different size then the wall piece. The directions wanted me to remove the valve stem from the wall and replace it with their own. I called A Advanced because when it comes to plumbing, i would rather leave that to the professionals. I had called it a hose bibb because I just didn't know what it was called. someone called me back and asked me to explain in better detail what i needed done. I explained that the "hose bibb" needed to be replaced for me to connect my toilet and that I had the part to do it. from that conversation i received an estimate for $280.87. I was at work that day so couldn't be there, but my wife was there. The plumber that arrived worked for a while on the toilet, then went to home depot to find parts, then came back to the house and worked on it longer, then finally decided that it couldn't be done. We were charged $768.14 for nothing to get fixed. I called them to figure out what happened, I called near closing so they were not able to get a hold of anyone and it waited until the next week for me to talk to someone. I found out that the plumber never received the bag of parts, it was about 2 feet away in the sink. the same plumber came out and looked at it again, and went to home depot again. I was at work and managed to contact him while he was at home depot. I was told that the problem was with the thread depth and that there was no way to install this Chinese toilet without special ordering a part, and if I wanted him to keep working on it he was going to have to charge me more money. I declined. (Its not a Chinese toilet, the company that makes them is out of California.) At this point I was beyond frustrated. I left work early, drove home, went to home depot with the parts I needed to connect, and found a perfect fit within about 10 minutes of looking. I bought a Hex Bushing 3/4 in MIP x 1/2 in FIP for $7.75. I attached it to the included hose and then attached that to the valve stem. and everything worked. Home depot made it easy to find since both connectors were the same type. I just needed to find the appropriate brass adapter. the threads on the toilet hose are identical to the threads on a US water heater. I called A Advanced back and presented my evidence. I was asked what it would take to make this right. I asked for some of my money back. I can understand getting charged for the plumber going out to my house without a full understanding of what is going on. but at no point did he ever tell my wife that he was going way over the estimate. this is the exact response i got back. "I spoke with my COO and my foreman due to the amount of time we spent on the project we are unable to provide any sort of refund. I understand that is not something you want to hear but that is our decision." _____________________________________________ to summarize: - every time this company has come out to my house they have needed to go to Home Depot during the visit. - I was charged nearly 3 times the estimate with no work done and no warning that the bill was piling up. - the plumber was never able to install the toilet despite multiple trips to home depot - I installed the toilet with a $7 adapter i found at home depot in about 10 minutes. (I am not a plumber) - The company chose to not refund me anything If a plumbing company needs to go to home depot every time they do a house call, that is a company that is not prepared at best, and a scam company at worst."

We at Allred Heating, Cooling and Electrical hope to become your trusted friends and partners in keeping your homes safe, comfortable, and a pleasant environment for you and your families. How Allred Got Started Our company was founded by Dan and Matt who discovered they had complimentary areas of expertise. Matt began as an electrician about a decade ago and besides doing electrical work began working with HVAC as well. Dan had been doing contractor work in Alaska and when they met they realized they were a perfect match to begin a business, hence Allred Heating, and Cooling and Electrical. Between the two of them all of the right bases were covered to offer complete electrical and HVAC systems, both installation and repair. Allred Heating Family Hopes to Help Your Family We are a family owned company and we know how important it is to keep our homes working economically and safely. We hold ourselves and our work to the highest standards and that is why we offer a one year parts and labor guarantee. We are bonded, licensed and insured to and we’d like to show you why you can have the utmost confidence in us. We will give you upfront estimates so you’ll know what your bottom line will be.

"I recommended AllRed to my mother, they told her that they would give her a 10% discount on the phone when she called. They only gave her a 5% discount, they also didn't provide any information about the system? No information was provided also about health of system or checkpoint system used; (PSI of freon, lubrication, filters, drain lines, etc) When I called up Allred and asked for them to provide the 10% discount like they promised they said they would, and she would see it on her Credit Card. A couple of weeks went by and nothing. I called again, they apologized and said they would follow up ensure that the service team sent the information to us and provided the discount and called me back directly. After another week, NOTHING! While the work was completed successfully. The communication and follow up of this company are terrible to say the least. I wouldn't recommend Allred to anyone, or trust them at all :-("

Including Gas furnaces, Heat pumps, Ductless units, A/C, and Water Heaters. We are an owner operated business that has over 15 years in the HVAC trade. We take pride in the quality of our work and our ability to stay reasonably priced compared to others. We want to make you as comfortable in your home as possible. Here at Arden Heating & Cooling we offer free estimates and discounts for new systems, existing system upgrades, and maintenance plans. All of our work includes a manufacturers warranty and a 5yr labor warranty on any of the work that we do. Look forward to doing business with you.

"A prompt and thorough response, unlike simply informing me that there was nothing they could do, they actively researched the warranty on my current system (expired and void due to builder installation) before discussing a replacement option. I was then presented with several options, each accompanied by a quote. When asked, they recommended that I opt for a more economical quote that better suited my usage and requirements. I highly recommend this company. They were punctual and worked diligently, even during the peak summer months in the hottest room in my house (the attic). I will certainly recommend them to any of my friends and will utilize their services for any future needs related to air conditioning or furnace repair, as well as routine maintenance."

"My elderly mother is partially blind and disabled. On November 1, 2021 her washing machine broke leaking water in her home. In desperation she called rotor rooter. Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

A contract should outline the scope of work, timelines, costs, payment schedule, and materials used for clarity and protection.

Most commercial projects take 3-7 days, including curing time, depending on size and weather conditions.

Maintain open communication and address issues as they arise, ensuring contract terms cover potential delays.

There are several different steps in the pole barn building process. First, you’ll need construction plans, which you’ll use to obtain permits. Then, you can clear the land so it’s suitable for building and installing the foundation. Your contractor will frame the barn using large poles, then rough in the plumbing and electricity (if your barn has those elements) before finishing the interior, adding siding, and installing the roof.

After that, they’ll finish up the electrical work and plumbing and add your windows and doors. You may have a few other finishing jobs to do like painting or waterproofing.

Modular homes are more affordable than stick-built homes if you keep quality and square footage equal. The cost to build a home averages $323,000, while average modular home prices sit at {AvgCost}. If you’re looking for custom or luxury options, a traditional custom home costs $825,000, while a high-end modular home costs $600,000, on average.
