They always do a great job. They get the material available for my contractor to pick up. They just really do a nice job. They have nice material, good prices. They have plenty of inventory.

We were definitely an A plus. It was one of the best experiences. We go there all the time because they are so great.

Ordered a complete new Heat pump and furnace from Home Depot. I had to pay the entire amount of the sale up front ($14,000) three weeks before installation. When I checked on the price I was charged I found out I could save over $3000 by going directly to a local HVAC contractor and cut out the Home Depot middleman mark-up. When I canceled the sale not only were they not happy, but they are playing games with me in getting me my refund. I have disputed the charge with their credit card provider and am waiting for a resolution. I will never again go to home Depot to purchase a big ticket installation. as they do not deal with honesty and integrity.,

We ordered 3 gallons of Behr Painters White to be mixed for us. Got home, opened can and painted hallway after frog taping all five doorways in the hall. Paint appeared really lite as we applied it but we knew it would darken a bit when dry so removed frog tape and let it dry several hours. Still VERY white and the color we picked had a pale grey tint, and it became obvious to us the color on the walls was NOT the color we picked. Opened a second can that WAS mixed and knew that the can we used to paint the hallway had never been mixed. We took the leftover can of paint and one of the mixed cans of paint back to store to complain. They said "So we missed mixing a can....we can mix another can for you at no charge." That was LARGE of them, wasn't it, considering we spent about six hours frog taping all 5 hallway doors and crown molding and now were going to have to completely start over!

We purchased an entry door on 10/2/13 and had to pay the entire purchase price up front. The installation was not completed until 1/24/2014. The initial installation was on 11/12/2013, 24 days after the salesperson's estimated date. The installation was only partially completed and when the installer returned a second time, on 11/23/2013, he damaged the brickmould on one side of the door frame. He was hours late arriving both times, and subsequently was replaced by another subcontractor, who ordered a replacement part. The first replacement part received by the store was the wrong color, causing further delay. A successful installation was completed by the second subcontractor, Scott MacMaster, owner of Top Doors, and an assistant, who were punctual, highly professional, and competent. This project went on far too long (almost four months), requiring countless phone calls both to Home Depot Special Services and the subcontractors. While we are happy with the finished product, the process was extremely frustrating and unpleasant. During the course of the project we had personal or telephone contact with at least 6 different Home Depot employees, including the store manager, and at least 7 different subcontractor employees. We have continued to purchase retail products from this Home Depot store, but we will never use their special services department again. If you do purchase a door from a Home Depot store in this area, I suggest that you request the installation be done by Top Doors, and refuse to accept another installer.
