When my shower started leaking I called four different plumbers. Not only did Apex respond before any of the others, they actually got here and fixed the shower before anyone else even responded! They also took good COVID precautions, wearings gloves and mask and keeping distance.

Quality work for a reasonable rate. Quick response. Would definitely hire again.

I am an absentee Landlord. I found Apex through a friend. While in town briefly and auguring to plant trees, I ripped up the sewer line from the house to the street. Frank and crew got right out there the day after a holiday weekend and got it taken care of, much to my tenant's relief. He said the Apex folks were professional, comfortable to work with, and cleaned up well afterwards. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I have been out of the States for 26 years! In checking around, I think the price was right in line. Great relief all around for an absentee landlord.

I was very happy with the work they did, because they could have done much more and charged me more, but they did only what was required. They were in and out quickly, and they were quite professional. My only strike is that I was quoted $260 for a job that would involve cutting into a wall and replacing a spigot, and paid $245 for not cutting into the wall and replacing just a part of the spigot. I'm very happy with the work, but it seems a bit pricey. That said, this is my first plumbing work done, and maybe this is standard for the business.

Explained what the problem most likely was, quoted me a price. During repair showed me exactly what had happened to the pipe. Tested the repair and was the price he had quoted me. Would definitely recommend this company. On time, polite and cleaned up before leaving.

Frank (owner) called me immediatelyonce i contacted home advisor. He scheduled with me that afternoon to look at replacing my hotwater tank. after looking at the tank, he found the breaker had been shut off on the tank. he reset it, and told me the water should heat back up in 45 min. I asked what the charge was for his time, and he said no charge! i nearly fell over! he called me in one hour to follow up to see if i had hot water. wow! this never happens with other companies... He could have sold me a water heater for lots of dollars. and i would never have known..please hire these guys. A small company with ethics!! Thankyou so much for restoring my faith,,,

We were not given a breakdown of the charges. They did not get a County permit. We had an inspector from the County for our heater replacement and they asked if we got a permit for the hot water heater. We assumed Apex did. The inspector said the contractor needed to come back and put an earthquake strap on the hot water heater. I contacted Frank Q. and set up an appointment for September 26, 2018. He did not show up. I called him two times after the missed appointment and did not get a call back. There is a need for the earthquake strap to be placed on the hot water heater.

The work took a little longer than estimated, but was done well. We will be calling again when we have our next project.

Apex provided an upgraded tank-less heater when the one they quoted was not available.

Frank and his crew are awesome. Very professional, great communicator & very knowledgeable. The main water line to the house was leaking into my house. Fixed the line very quickly and I don't have to worry about this ever happening again.

I guess that's for all plumbers. Their rates are star rocketting. Apex did a great job.

These folks were FAST, professional, respectful, honest and good. The main water line to my house busted and I had a gurgling pond in my yard they dove into the work, brought in extra bodies they needed and fixed everything quickly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. No highway robbery from them because I was over a barrel either. Good rate, honest work, good people. I was still on the phone with Home Advisor when Apex called to see what I needed and then they were at my house AND giving me an estimate in less than an hour! Amazing!

Fast to come to the house and check out for free the problem and helped us out with prompt installing the water heater good rate too.
