We hired Jeff/Reddan Construction to do what we thought/hoped would be an easy repair on the parapet walls on our deck; the deck is a rooftop deck, over our garage, so not a standard build. Turned out that the original construction had failed, and we wound up tearing out the walls and the existing drain system, resurfacing the deck, and replacing the walls with a new railing. Although the work cost a LOT more than we had originally anticipated, the job changed completely once they discovered the extent of the damage. Jeff took care of everything--including us, when we were stressing out over the unanticipated damage and cost, and the subcontractors. Our new deck is beautiful--we love it, and use it a lot more now than we ever did. We highly recommend Jeff, and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Jeff and his crew of David and Josh were great. We would definitely consider working with them again. With any project of large scope and complexity, there are bound to be unknowns and resulting cost over-runs - ours was no exception. While this certainly caused some stress between us and Jeff as we worked through the process - overall we were very pleased with the results. All of his subs were very good, knowledgeable, especially plumbing. We did end up needing to do some legwork on electrical decisions on our own which we would have appreciated some help with.

David's (the foreman and lead carpenter on the project) level of workmanship was exceptional, especially in working with an old and quirky house. Jeff was extremely responsive via phone/text/email throughout the project.

We especially appreciated the level of due diligence Jeff did to produce the original bid. He asked lots of questions, visited with his subs etc. Jeff also provided helpful suggestions, tips etc. throughout the project and worked well with our architect.

Jeff stands for integrity and his work ethic and craftsmanship is top notch. He took on my condo project because we have a dear mutual friend- he had never worked on condos before and we quickly learned he had to improvise a lot due to a poorly constructed building. He was wonderful and provided great solutions at every problem that surfaced. Nothing about my condo construction was 'standard', so jobs like replacing door jams became very difficult but Jeff remained cheerful and positive to find a solution keeping to my budget and true to the look I was trying to achieve. He is the best contractor I've worked with outside of my own father. Trustworthy and overall good guy.

Jeff Reddan is a phenomenal contractor. He is the picture of professionalism. He and his crew arrived early in the morning and stayed late in the day, rain or shine. In fact, he finished our job a full two months ahead of schedule - unheard of in this industry! AND he finished the job on budget. He is incredibly organized, he chooses his crew and subcontractors very carefully and is always on site to ensure everyone is being as diligent as possible. His work is impeccable, our home turned out absolutely beautifully. He is also a fantastic communicator - if ever an issue came up (and they always do) he would call me immediately to discuss it so that we could quickly resolve the issue. I honestly felt that he was looking out for our best interests at all times. Everyone we spoke with said we were going to hate remodeling our home, that it would be stressful and just an awful experience, but I had a blast working with Jeff, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed the whole process. He does his job with unparalleled honesty and integrity, and is also just a lot of fun to work with. I would recommend him to anyone without question!

My basement laundry room did not function well and had a shower/tub that had been installed improperly. Jeff presented several options to improve the flow of the room as well as how to address the tub/shower problem. The room was taken down to the studs and reconfigured. The work done has greatly improved the space, both functionally and aesthetically. Jeffs work is beautiful and he and his subcontractors were great to work with. He made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and even though this was a small job for him he was always available to answer any questions or concerns. There was a miscommunication with one of the subcontractors and not only did Jeff immediately take care of the issue, his subcontractor didn't hesitate to rectify the small error. I found Jeff to be trustworthy, honest and easy to work with. Even my dog and two cats loved him! Thanks Jeff.

Awesome - Jeff is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is super professional, clear with what he is charging and even deals with those annoying follow up phone calls months after the work is done. He is so good we are using him to do our back deck.
