The project went pretty smoothly, and except for a few mostly-nitpicky things here and there, quality was great. Communication of the schedule wasn't quite what I would have hoped, with workers showing up at seemingly random times, but the work got done, and probably most of those problems could be attributed to a couple of medical issues that arose, so I'm giving them some benefit of the doubt. The main (non-subcontracted) staff were all very friendly and helpful, and worked hard to minimize disruptions.

Took longer than anticipated, but overall very well done.

Excellent. Brad, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable and known for meeting deadlines. Warren and Daniel provided quality work, were always on time and cleaned up well after each day. Joy, the office manager always had a quick, helpful response and kept the team organized. We have invited BH Contracting back for a bathroom remodel.

Brad, Joy and his team has done amazing job in taking on this remodeling project and having it ready for us in time. The remodel had a few hurdles of old house nitpicks like foundation issues, framing, but Brad and BH contracting provided fixes and improvements within reasonable budget. Him and his team worked with the city inspectors to quickly get permits and inspections approved in time for the work being done. Throughout the project, Brad and his team have been punctual, responsive and ready to answer any questions we had for them. It's been almost a year living in the updated home, and the quality of work looks to be excellent. I would highly recommend BH contracting and hire them for any of my future work!

BH Contracting did an absolutely beautiful job on everything. They did not have much time to work. I moved out and wanted the house finished in time for the peak real estate season. They did it. I have used BH a number of times for remodels and they always do an excellent job on every facet. Billing is clear and organized. Work is top quality. Mess and inconvenience are kept to a minimum. Owner Brad Wilson and everyone who works there are really nice too, which is important during the daily operations of any remodel.

We highly recommend BH Contracting Services! We hired them for a partial remodel of our kitchen: replace old countertops with granite, install new sinks, install new glass tile backsplash, and install all new hardware. They also updated the counter/sink in our powder room as well. We worked directly with Brad, who provided outstanding customer service - friendly, responsive, competitively priced, and kept our entire project on schedule (which is almost unheard of!). We plan to rehire BH Contracting Services to remodel both of our bathrooms. Definitely ask them for a bid!

Went very well. I love my two bathrooms. The project team was excellent, including the subcontractors. Really enjoyed working with Ryan, Joy, and Warren. Quality and workmanship was fabulous! If I had one quibble, it was the time delay between the two bathrooms, due to the Christmas holidays. It was worth it, though, because of the beautiful end products.

It was outstanding. They were very communicative, followed through on everything they said they gonna do, firendly, professional, respectful, clean, and quiet.

It went great! They are very professional and always arrived on time. They cleaned up well after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal.

My new decks are beautiful. I have used BH Contracting for other projects and they have always done an excellent job. Owner Brad Wilson filled in for his lead carpenter who was on vacation. He recommended using Azek materials instead of wood because it stands up to inclement weather and needs no painting. He also advised wrapping the steps around the largest deck. His advice on both counts was spot on. The Azek looks great and stays cool on hot days. Time will tell how well survives several winters. (However I did leave a sample out all last winter and it still looks new). My BH constructed decks are solid and totally flush and make the house look gorgeous. The guys worked fast, and they were neat and considerate as always. I am very happy with the whole process.

Smooth as silk. Someone here daily to work on their part. Brad Wilson, owner of BH Contracting was very responsive to questions and fulfilled his promise to be in and out within three weeks.

It went like clockwork!!! Brad told me three weeks to complete the project and miraculously it was done three weeks to the day.. He had the nicest workers scheduled daily to accomplish another facet of gutting and remodeling my 1950's kitchen. BH Contracting is NOT one of those contractors that let you down. Brad came to inspect the progress and any time I had a question he was there to solve it. It was a great experience watching his team transform my sad, dark kitchen into a wonderful work space. Honesty, integrity, and no surprises is what you get with BH Contracting Services. I highly recommend.

We are very happy with the remodeling work BH Contracting did for us. Brad provided a great alternate window design for our kitchen skywall that need to be replaced due to leakage. The resulting large new kitchen window with side windows that open is great. They also replaced our kitchen French doors to the deck with a sliding door that still looks like a French door, but is much more functional. Additional work included replacing the large window over our kitchen sink and replacing some dry rotted wood paneling around our garage doors. BH Contracting's work crew was very friendly and professional. Their skill was reflected in the high quality of work they did on our project. Any issues that came up were promptly addressed and worked until the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Their painting and dry wall subs were highly skilled, professional and prompt as well. We would definitely hire BH Contracting again and recommend them for any remodeling project.

BH Contracting was professional and prompt throughout the whole process. Both Brad and Joy were a pleasure to work with. I got the impression my job was smaller than the sorts of jobs they usually deal with, but I never felt like my project was a lower priority. Brad and his team worked quickly to get their work done ASAP before I moved in and the work was top notch.

Brad and his whole team did an incredible job from the very first visit until the project was wrapped up. This was the first project we hired BH Contracting for, and it involved removal of several walls, rebuilding of stairs, new ceiling, skylights, and some custom engineering work on a very large island. Brad's team did an excellent job, craftsmanship was top notch and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. A special shoutout to project manager Warren who ran the day to day operations of the project, and took one of their younger employees Danny under his tutorship. Obviously several subcontractors were involved in a project of this scale. Each one of them was trustworthy, did good work on schedule, and you could tell had a great relationship with Brad. We had a few minor delays, but only due to the July 4th holidays and an injury (not on our project) to one of the subs. But overall we couldn't be happier, will definitely work with BH again when we have the opportunity, and would recommend everyone to have them in their top candidates for your future projects!

In another case of Brad's experience and knowledge giving us hope and answers, we were extremely pleased by the results. After following his suggestions for the remedy, we were gratified by the excellent work performed by the workman he sent out to install new wood where needed and new drywall.

We redid our kitchen and dining room, merging them by taking down a wall in between, replaced all appliances including adding a second oven, relocated/replaced a rear slider with a French door slider, put in engineered hardwood flooring and replaced exposed aggregate patio with a stamped concrete patio. Excellent design and craftsmanship. And on budget. Brad and his team are great to work with. We have gotten great use of the remodel and it still looks and works great!

Brads team is great. While they were not cheap their service, craftsmanship and great crew were worth every penny. We underwent a major remodel and it was much smoother and pain free than I’d ever anticipated.

Very well. Brad and/or his crew always show up at the exactly the time promised and are professional in the way they carry out the job. As much as possible, they leave the job site clean at the end of the day, communicating well on the next phase to be carried out and then prompt at the next day's commitment. They don't take shortcuts - installing new vinyl also included removal of old, rotting subflooring and replacement of new. Have been impressed with BH Contracting Services' quality and perfectionism on every job they have performed for us. .

I highly recommend this company. They did outstanding work. Before the remodel, BH owner, Brad Wilson, went through the house with me and discussed the project. He listened to ideas and offered great solutions for dilemmas. After a couple of weeks he presented an easy to understand "Scope of Work" and price summary that included a breakdown of costs and allowances for things like countertops and fixtures. At that time, we were unaware of the decayed state of wiring behind the walls. I lived in the house for the entire remodel. Everyone who worked here was considerate, intelligent, professional and had a great sense of humor. They let me know by text if they were arriving early. They screened off work areas with heavy plastic and zip doors to minimize dust and maximize privacy. They cleared rodent droppings from the basement ceiling with no complaints. They worked fast and were very knowledgeable about all aspects of their professions. My cats liked them. The unexpected need to replace wiring in the house changed plans and slowed the process, and made it impossible to give a precise time frame for the remodel. But the electrician cleared through a tangle of ancient, charred, and rodent chewed wiring and left the house a lot safer. Overall I am really happy with the finished product.

Every aspect of this complex project was carried out with the highest level of professional expertise, excellent project management, cost effectiveness and consideration for those in the proximity of the project. I have the highest regard for this company and it's owner/manager, who was personally involved in each important step. This company also has impressive sub contractors who work alongside company employees seamlessly.
