Only issue was service tech forgot to bleed line after install and I couldn't get the pilot to light. Plus didn't check for gas leaks inside house @ appliance (it was leaking). But they responded to problem immediately when I called. I ended up bleeding line and replacing leaking flex line myself. Still, good company that I'd recommend."
