"Excellent response and communication. Was able to get gas line broken by fallen tree replaced the next day. Only issue was service tech forgot to bleed line after install and I couldn't get the pilot to light. Plus didn't check for gas leaks inside house @ appliance (it was leaking). But they responded to problem immediately when I called. I ended up bleeding line and replacing leaking flex line myself. Still, good company that I'd recommend."

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. We had a zinsco panel in there which can be quite a problem. we decided to replace it and really investigated companies carefully. these folks were so easy to work with, very clear communication, did exactly what they said they would do in a competent way, were on time no add-ons to the bid. wish I could give them a pluses.the City of Seattle offered us a rebate as we were putting in more efficient lights, which meant paperwork for Exact electric to help us complete the forms and coupons as they had to give some information. And the office people were so helpful and quick to deal with it. feel bad that I didn't review them earlier as they are excellent.

"Scott came in to check my diningroom light fixture which had begun blinking on and off and I was worried that it had a short in it. He checked the fixture for the suspected short and found there wasn't one. He replaced the light bulb and left without charging me anything. The fixture with the new lightbulb in it is working just fine now. Thanks to Scott and his wonderful work in checking everything out before coming to the proper conclusion. Love him!
