This was our second kitchen remodel by Keystone Kitchens. Beautifully done and all the cupboards and drawers I needed and new appliances fitted and plumbed by Jeff. He works efficiently, listens and addresses all concerns. My husband is a woodworker and admires Jeff’s level of confidence and proficiency. Everyone at Keystone is friendly and helpful.

From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel with Keystone Kitchens in Woodinville, it was a great experience. The owners (Chris & Susan) were wonderful to work with, which sets the atmosphere for the entire crew. They were professional and responded quickly to any and all of our questions, which made for a pleasant experience. With this being said, we want to recognize and give a big "Thank You", to a few members of the team who really stood out to us and went above and beyond. *Tim, the lead on our project, *Matthew-Matt, *Garret, *Nazario, *Gorge, and *Silvio, were amazing to work with, and Sean & Missy were great too! We had Keystone Kitchens update our kitchen several years ago. We were very happy with the process, the workmanship, and their customer service. Recently we had a couple small drawer issues and Keystone responded immediately to fix them, free of charge. Particularly in today’s market where service is often an afterthought, we continue to be impressed by their responsiveness and integrity. We would definitely recommend them for any kitchen project.

We remodeled our kitchen with Keystone Kitchens. Tim, Demetri, Susan, Djafer, Kyler and the rest were just AMAZING. They beat our expectations all around - very professional service, amazing with design, amazing with prep + installation + post completion, and most importantly - they stuck to the schedule! We knew they're not the cheapest but they're comparable to any similar quality outfit in town (we got quotes from 2 others and Keystone was slightly cheaper actually), and just a tad more than big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes (we got quotes from both). The work – we upgraded our kitchen counter tops from tile to quartz, new backsplash, stove, and sink. Our first point of contact was Demetri Roubanis, a charming gentleman with great design ideas, and the know how to put method to the madness. As we wandered with our ideas, he created several computer diagrams that helped us visualize the upgraded kitchen. He gave us very constrictive feedback to nail our ideas down. We had to do this a couple of rounds, as our first choices didn’t meet our timeline and/or price range. He also met up with us at different showrooms. Susan, at the Keystone showroom helped us make our final choices for our backsplash, and she was also awesome. Then came Tim Burr, the onsite project manager and I can’t say enough great things about him and the rest of the team. From beginning to end, he’d inspect the ongoing work and give suggestions to the team to make sure everything gets done right. His attention to detail was amazing, noticing small things here and there and made sure that there were no loose ends. Our schedule was time-sensitive because of an elderly family member, which he completely appreciated and made sure things moved along. Djafer, who did a lot of the prep work, grouting, cleanup, etc. did a great job all throughout – very hard working, kept the place clean and organized. There were few other folks inc. Kyler – good people! They are indeed the A-team!!! They completed in 2 weeks and 2 days, in per with their estimate of 2 – 3 weeks with no surprises in our end invoice. We’re very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Keystone Kitchen. We’ll definitely be back for future home projects.

I had Keystone Kitchens remodel 2 bathrooms five years ago and hired them recently again to reface our kitchen recently. Both jobs were done very professionally and I would hire them again. Josh was our kitchen installer, but the entire team including the owner and designers are great. Everything looks beautiful. Josh is a gem.

Fabulous company to work with from start to finish during my 6 month remodel projects. Their extensive expertise helped me create new living spaces and upgrade existing areas. I felt like I was working with good friends throughout the 6 month from design through installation of the four rooms. Everyone at Keystone was pleasant and responsive. They guided me throughout to create stunning, yet functional areas. I LOVE the kitchen and baths. I worked closely with Demetri and Rhonda on designs and they added all the special touches to make it so beautiful. Todd was my engineer and his work was impeccable. My installation lead, Omar, and his assistant Rami were hard working, paid close attention to every detail and also made invaluable suggestions. The whole company demonstrates true “old world craftsman” ideals: dedicated to quality and the creation of something special for the client. Everyday I was grateful that Keystone was my remodel company. There are many challenges and decisions during remodels. Success, and ultimately joy with the end product, depends on having experts like Keystone Kitchens and Baths. Thank you so much to each of you.

Generally the project went well. The pandemic ended up causing delays in terms of getting all the materials assembled and changes in the personnel originally assigned to the project. But the work done was excellent. Josh Payne did most of the work and called in other crafts people as needed. They were also very good and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Unexpected issues were handled with no drama. Josh was a pleasure to work with: good communicator, prompt, responsive to questions and concerns, and clearly an experienced professional. We wish we could have gotten more support from the designer - we chose this company because we wanted professional design help.

We were extremely happy with the work done by Keystone Kitchens. Our project included extensive demolition, removing a wall and ceiling. Chris did a masterful job of designing our dream kitchen. Our project was managed by Josh, and we could not have been more pleased with his work. He was clear in communicating each day about what he was working on. He did craftsman quality work and was excellent in every sense. Also the backsplash work done by Mark was beautiful. We really couldn’t be more pleased with our Keystone Kitchen experience!

Keystone Kitchens was fantastic through every part of our kitchen remodel. I was very grateful for their expertise in thinking of how things would look afterwards and making suggestions for things I never would have thought of for a better outcome. They coordinated seamlessly with our cooktop installer. Josh was awesome, worked hard every day to finish as quickly as he could, as living without your kitchen for 5 weeks really stinks. The construction zone was always swept and cleaned up at the end of the day (that's really important to me!) and communication with Josh was super easy. He was very easy to work with. The tile guys were great, funny, and easy to work with. Everyone was very respectful and even gave my dogs lots of scratches behind the ears. My kitchen turned out absolutely gorgeous, better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend Keystone Kitchens.

We started our search for a kitchen remodeler with Keystone Kitchens based on the many positive reviews. The bottom line is that those reviews were correct. After our first meeting with Dennis Delaney on the design, we decided to skip searching any further confident we had found the right company to work with. Dennis listened carefully to our thoughts and helped us sort out what was truly important to us. He is very knowledgeable about current trends and what things would work well for us. Bror Lawrence was the engineer who took the beginning design and turned it into a project plan that could be used to drive the construction of the cabinets and provide the installer with a viable game plan. He suggested that we give thought to the project and encouraged our input. Bror was efficient and made himself available, using both meetings and email to ensure that we knew what and when decisions needed to be made. He proved very skillful at listening first and then providing solid information and rationale about what was best from his considerable experience. One of the things we initially did not appreciate was how many decisions were required and the vast array of materials available that would require an artist/design eye. Susan Wittenbrink in the showroom was incredibly helpful with the critical details like helping us pick the right granite for the countertops, natural stone for the backsplash, cabinet hardware, cabinet colors, etc. Susan was generous with her time and talented in her ability to let us feel like the decisions were ours while gently guiding us in the right direction. I have saved the best for last. Our demolition and construction were scheduled on the same day as our big snow storm. We live on a hill that is steep and impassable when it snows. That morning we had a knock on the door and Omar Halaweh. our installer had parked his truck at the bottom of the hill and trudged about 1/3 mile up the hill just to introduce himself. He also helped a neighbor whose car was stuck on the hill, the first demonstration of his generous nature. Over the next month we got know to and appreciate Omar. I know just enough about finish carpentry to be dangerous, but I learned much more watching Omar. He exhibited a rare balance between being a perfectionist and being efficient. Because of the snowstorm, he started almost a week late and yet finished early. He is a highly skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work. Along the way he made many valuable contributions to the overall result – most notably in wisely suggesting some modifications to our existing lighting. One thing that surprised me was how much of the work Omar was able to do by himself. When subcontractors were required (electrical, plumbing, flooring) he managed them very effectively and it was obvious that they respected him and had worked with him before. There were too many things to count that Omar did to give us the best product that he could. I was particularly impressed with the way he worked around some of my previous “accomplishments” such as fitting the cabinets to my flooring. The bottom line is that Omar is hard-working, meticulous, dedicated to a quality product, and a great person to be around. The things that sold us on Keystone initially were the people we dealt with and they exceeded our expectations. The finished product is better than we had envisioned when we started thanks mainly to the counsel we received along the way from the team. It goes without say that we wholeheartedly recommend this team. Thank you, Keystone Kitchens team.

Keystone Kitchens helped us with the kitchen redesign which was an important factor in this overall project. They were extremely prompt in providing us with cost estimates, recommending subcontractors (batrhoom plumbing , hardwood floor repair/refinishing), and in providing ideas. They were willing to work with us with regard to our budget and what we wanted to achieve with this project. The contractors themselves were extremely professional and provided very high quality workmanship throughout the project. They showed up on time, kept us apprised of how things were going, worked with us when unexpected things came up (and they always do on this type of project). Keystone Kitchens came in on time and on budget. We are extremely pleased with the results. We have already recommended them to several of our friends who are also looking at kitchen remodels.

Keystone Kitchens created a dream kitchen come true. Joe Cuzuzza was our project manager along with Josh. They were punctual, always left the job site clean and tidy, problem solved any issues that arose and were extremely respectful of our presence in the house while the work was being done. I can't say enough about the whole process. Chris was a genius at designing the kitchen and he and Susan provided support throughout the process. They were completely honest and professional from the start of the design, the demolition (a complete gut job), to the final beautiful outcome. I highly recommend them!

Keystone Kitchens did a wonderful job. The cabinets were top quality. John, our kitchen designer and Sam the engineer were great to work with and planned the perfect kitchen for us.. Jeff, our project manager was fantastic. His work was flawless. He did most the work himself and when subs were needed he managed them and kept things on schedule. There was never a hold up. He was a real pleasure to have here every day.

We chose to go with Keystone after having a great experience working with Dennis Delaney on the design. Dennis spent as much time as we needed to get every detail right and then seamlessly handed us off to Bror Lawrence, the engineer who took our vision and Dennis' design and turned it into pinpoint accurate engineering drawings. Through the meetings and email consults, we had plenty of opportunity to give input and Bror made sure we were happy at every stage of the initial design and planning process. At the same time, we were able to consult with Susan in the showroom on everything from tile and countertops to cabinets and trim color. On the first day of construction, we met the project manager/installer, John Gray, who would be our main point of contact and do the majority of the work. We can’t say enough about John - he was an absolute dream! He’s a highly skilled craftsman who takes real pride in his job. He was committed to ensuring that the work being done exceeded our expectations, and we have not been disappointed. From day 1, John was a pleasure to have around, and his care for our home, and his patience with us as customers, did not go unnoticed. He took every question and comment seriously and gave invaluable advice throughout the project. Our kitchen presented a few problems along the way, but nothing was too difficult for John. I expected to have a trail of subcontractors through the house, but that wasn’t the case. John was able to do 90% of the work, only bringing in others when absolutely necessary. And when there were subcontractors, he managed them completely, never giving us any cause for concern. There were so many things John did behind the scenes to give us the best end product that he could. He is incredibly hard-working and meticulous, and truly impressed us. We love our new kitchen, and have John to thank for that! The tile work was done by another Keystone employee, Mark, who was friendly and patient, taking my tile order mishap in his stride! Like John, he has a keen eye for detail, and made sure we were happy. This commitment to customer service, from start to finish, is what sets Keystone apart. Even the slightest of imperfections are noticed by the team, and fixed quickly. They stand by their work, and their product, and have a five year guarantee. During this project, we totally changed the footprint of our outdated 1980s kitchen. We had sections of walls removed, hardwood floors refinished, and custom cabinetry and appliances installed. Keystone managed it all with aplomb. The finished product is better than we ever hoped for and we really believe we got excellent value for the not insignificant investment. The best part of working with Keystone was that we always felt we had people we could trust in our home, and who would do the work to the same standard as if they were doing it for themselves. The whole experience was top-notch, and we wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Wayne was easy to work with and paid attention to detail. He was precise in aligning all the cabinets and drawers and the outcome could not have been better. Chris and Susan were easy to work with and I am very pleased with the quality of their work and the integrity of their company. Very happy I decided to go with Keystone!

Keystone Kitchens did a great job! They are very quality oriented and made sure we received a top quality product. They also worked with us to understand where we could save money. Also the project was started on time and completed as expected. In addition, the cabinets they made are first rate. So very happy with the whole project.

Bror and Wayne did an excellent job and we are very happy with our refaced kitchen cabinets.

Excellent. Chris was awesome from the beginning, showing us all the options, never trying to pressure us and delivering on every expectation. Job from start to finish was managed and performed flawlessly and professionally by Chris and his foreman Jeff. Absolute pleasure from start to finish. Will recommend them to everyone and will use them again.

The process was smooth from beginning to end and actually finished ahead of schedule. Our Project Manager Jeff H was fantastic. He kept me informed about what was going on and what was expected/needed by me. He also manged to have the more invasive/messy/noisy work done while we were out of town. For this we were thankful! In addition, Jeff is easy to get along with and a great guy. I also enjoyed working with Heidi, one of the kitchen designers and Chris the owner/engineer. They were always quick to answer any queries or concerns I had. I am thrilled with how the kitchen turned out.

My wife and I are very happy we went with Keystone kitchens we absolutely love our new kitchen. From the very first contact to the last handshake of the jobs completion was friendly, professional and honest. They have a system that is extremely efficient. And they will tell you what is going on with the project and what to expect next, you will never feel like you are left out of the loop on your project. Michael the project manager on our job was extraordinary. His knowledge and ability in all aspects of carpentry electrical, plumbing etc. was impressive. The craftsmanship and quality of his work is on another level. He always let me know what was going on with the project and why he was doing things a certain way. I gave just one "B" rating to Keystone Kitchens. And that was for price. Don't expect cheap but DO expect quality from all levels in this company. I probably should have gotten a variety of bids but we felt that Keystone was really "right" for us (See Angie's List ratings)......All the rest of my ratings were "A". If/when we are able to build the "House of Our Dreams" Keystone will be first on the list......I told Chris, the owner, that the only reason we even heard of his company was due to the ratings here on Angie's List. He and his company take those recommendations SERIOUSLY.,,,,,,,, I'm not sure that I can use last names in this forum so I will just use initials and would like to specifically commend Keystone's salesman, John W, for his ability to ease us into the process and communicate our desires effectively to the company. I would also like to specifically commend Jeff H., the installer. Jeff does wonderful work and is a very interesting person AND personality......How did it all turn out? Beautiful cabinets laid out exactly how we wanted them.....One suggestion for anyone considering the project: MAKE SURE that you know EXACTLY what you want. And communicate it ALL. Clearly BEFORE any issues occur. My wife and I feel that everyone at Keystone (Yea Jeff!) did and do a great job in this area. And, Oh!, the owners: wonderful people but very low key. Quiet and professional and their company's work was on time and on budget. What more can I say?

This summer, we had our kitchen remodeled by Chris Wittenbrink's Keystone Kitchens. They did a fabulous job. Keystone, and Project Mgr Jeff H, transformed our old, outdated, enclosed kitchen to a beautiful, bright, open gathering space that even our 10 year old is excited to cook in! They custom-made a lovely dark wood island counter-top, as well as new cabinets and carefully matched the paint to our existing wall color. They recommended a wonderful thin brick tile maker in Ballard, then Jeff did a wonderful job installing both the brick, the cabinets and custom-made crown moulding to our fairly out-of-plumb walls. Their various subs did a great job installing a flush-mounted ceiling fan, and putting in a new floor. I appreciate how Jeff kept the subs and everything else on schedule. I also appreciate how Jeff always kept us posted on the schedule, and communicated right away any questions he had, and was quick to address our questions. We are grateful for their work, very thankful to Jeff and all the Keystone crew, and would gladly recommend them.

Exceeded expectations! Very professional, responsive. Susan provided excellent guidance as this was our first kitchen remodel & there are so many choices and decisions to make. Wayne, the project manager on site, did the major installations on the cabinets, sink & faucet. He is a perfectionist & his work shows it. The tile was installed by Serge, who is meticulous as well. Susan, Wayne and Serge were a delight to work with. They were excellent communicators on prices, dates, materials. So glad we had such a professional team! Our kitchen just glows!

My install has been fantastic and my kitchen looks amazing. My installer Sam, did excellent work and was very pleasant. He was very accommodating to helping keep the fridge and microwave accessible to my teenagers during the project too.

The whole process was easy which was refreshing given the typical difficulties that arise when dealing with contractors. After we accepted their offer they provided an engineer and kitchen designer to walk through our space, decide on the best possible layout and then ensure ahead of time that everything we wanted to do was structurally OK. This was key as it minimized any potential material issues that could arise during construction. As a result we did not have to change any of our original layout. You also get your own contractor who is there everyday working on only your project, no jumping from one project to the other. Everyone on staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime they fell behind on the project another one of their contractors was brought in to get back on schedule. Additionally, at each milestone management did a walk through with us to ensure that the project was up to our standards before a check was written. This allowed them to complete our project in 6 weeks which was only one week past the expected completion date. Their specialty is custom cabinetry and it did not disappoint, very high quality. The only thing I would mention is that they sub contract out plumbers and electricians when there are major modifications, and unfortunately they do not carry the same standards as Keystone. All our delays were due too inconsistent electrical work, however, as stated above they brought in extra people to make up for it. I am writing this review one year after completion and still cant get over how nice our kitchen looks.
