It went well. The power outage for the two bedrooms happened on New Year's weekend. The owner called early the next day to check our status and make the appointment. Joel came out...driving through a hail storm...the next day and worked quickly, answered all our questions, and was friendly and professional. We are very happy with the outcome and services.

The professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. I was anticipating the worst experience and got the best. The price remained as quoted and there were no up charges. The two men worked as a team and were very responsible and respectful. I would definitely use this company again and recommend Bobcat to friends.

Problem was identified (outdated circuit breaker functioning as "broken". It and a second of the same outdated type replaced. Price was good. Quality of work was/is excellent. Workman was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Gave advice on how I could do an optional job that he would have to charge a significant amount of money to do.

Excellent. They responded in 30 minutes and came out the same day. Fixed everything in about 2 hours. The cost was reasonable and the electrician was professional and knowlegeable. Will use these folks in the future for a box upgrade and other projects. Very satisfied and local to Yelm.

Got an appointment for the next day, got a call 30 minutes before he arrived, replaced the outlet with minimal intrusion into the ceiling. Purchased a new ceiling fan and it is well supported.

Bob and his team are professional, do great work, are reasonably priced, and are a breeze to work with. I initially had them out to upgrade the panel and service on our old craftsman and then had them out a second time to debug some existing grounding issues and swap our electric baseboards for new outlets in advance of a HVAC install. Everything went smoothly and was properly done. I'll be calling them for all of my electrical needs going forward.

Moved into our new place (Bob's crew did work to prep our last home for selling as well) and Bob came out to give it a more thorough look to the best of his abilities. Home inspectors make comments, but I felt much better having Bob give everything a look and having him point out what "should" be there in this day and age. So far, Bob's crew has taken care of my kitchen and living room/ dining area. They've also given me much needed outside plugs that I can use without fear of tripping an old circuit. Total pros, and if you have questions while they're working, they're incredibly friendly and willing to answer- no matter how dumb the question may be! Go Bobcat!

Bob and his fellas do top notch work- looks clean, always by the book, and always done right the first time. A new panel, a GFI, a couple junction boxes....nothing too big or small. I had three old FPE panels (two 200 amp and one 50 amp subpanel) that needed to be replaced for safety. Bob came out right away to give us a quote and it was substantially lower than other quotes I'd received. He was also intimately familiar with these old panels and with local electricians and inspectors. We were able to get it scheduled fairly quickly, only limited by the requirements of my service provider. He even coordinated the scheduling to avoid an after-hours service fee to turn my power back on. When his guys came out to do the service, they were polite and professional. They even went so far as to replace a tile that was damaged in our bathroom because of the drilling for the subpanel behind it. The labeling on the old panel was pretty bad and we had a number of circuits we couldn't identify, but they managed to track down even the weirdest ones and label them all correctly. Highly recommended!!

It could not have gone better. Robert Winkleman, owner, was timely and professional in all aspects. He inspected property, his familiarization with City inspectors enabled us to quickly process project, he gave us a bid much less than 3 other bidders, workers were professional and task oriented, and completed project as promised. His bid did surprise me. When asked about it, Mr. Winkleman said he "bid honest hours and rates" . All said, we felt good about Angie's and Bobcat Electric.

Excellent!!! I don’t think I can praise Bobcat Electric Inc enough. After several failed attempts to hire an electrician through homeadvisor I decided to try Angie’s list. Bobcat Electric Inc was the closest electrician to me and had good reviews so I gave them a call. Bob the owner answered the phone and was awesome. He took the time to listen to my issue and my troubleshooting then had a few recommendation and even said he had a partner Kevin doing a job near me “same day” and could send him over if I was flexible on time. Kevin called about 30 min later and said he was on the way. He and Josh arrived as expected and were very nice. They quickly went to work and within 30 min they had identified the issue added a needed wire and then helped talk me through another DIY project. All within the initial service call time. As one that normally does not give a 5 star A rating review Bobcat Electric Inc has for sure earned it. I know they will be my go to electricians for all my future issues and projects.

Fantastic! First contractor to show up (early) on time, on the day promised, and ready to get the job done. His workers were polite, explained what they were doing, very knowledgeable, and finished the work in a reasonable time. They cleaned up after the job was completed and took away the old baseboards Had Bob out last year for a project that I decided not to do. Bob spent time explaining the best way to get the project done in the less expensive manner. I will use this company for all of my electrical needs.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. They arrived on time, did just what we had talked about in the initial estimate, were very personable and professional, and finished ahead of time. I had an additional request which they took care of without charging me more which I didn't expect. Bobcat did excellent work and the clean up job they performed was amazing. I swear the house was cleaner when they left than it was before. In the future I won't hesitate to call them for any electrical work I need done. They will definitely be our "go-to" guys in this area.

About 45 minutes after they left, I noticed that not only did the kitchen lights start back flickering again but also the light in our dinning room was short circuiting our t.v. The next day, I called the owner-Bob- to explain what was happening. I was shocked at his rudeness defensiveness, blaming and lack of compassion. Although I was disturbed by his response, I agreed to have Kevin and Josh come back to look at the problem. It was agreed that they would come for 2:30PM. They were punctual the day prior so after 15 minutes, when I didn't see them or here from them I called Bob--there was no answer; I then called them 2 times to find out if they would be running late; there were no answer. It wasn't until 40 minutes later, they called and said that they were finishing up another job and was on their way. By then I was just too emotionally exhausted and angry and told them I no longer needed their services.

"Its very unfortunate that this kind of thing happens. You only authorized us to do 1 hour of troubleshooting because of lack of funds. Which you were told was not enough time to fix the problems in your house. So you decided to have us back the next day for another hour. Which was going to happen after we fixed an 80 year old lady's heater that was cold. Your project was next in line and I informed you of that. This is not an exact science on time. I was trying to be compassionate with you but also honest with you that another hour the next day may not be enough time. But we would try our best to fix it. FYI- I was in a meeting with another customer when you tried to call me. Sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations, we really try to make our customers happy."

Bobcat electrician came promptly and did an efficient job of rewiring and adding a new outlet for the dishwasher on its own circuit. He explained clearly what was done. When we had a question the next day (Saturday), Kevin just came by in the midst of doing his Christmas shopping to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely one of the best experience I have had with a contractor.
