They came early and were very friendly. They went above and beyond what I thought they would. They took their time and didn't rush to get it done. They were clean, professional, and did a super job. They also helped me move furniture to get this cleaned. They offered allergy lights and a lifetime filter, but did not pressure me to take these.

Best THOROUGH cleaning we have ever had in our home. The 2 man was very professional and took great care in the prep work before any work was done to ensure that no damage would be done to carpet, flooring and high traffic areas. The team offered great advice and suggestions on how to achieve maximum efficiency from our furnace, gas fireplace and even on our dryer venting and we implemented those suggestions right away and can notice a big difference! And the air quality in our home is much improved! Highly recommend this company. Would definitely hire them again and am recommending to our neighbors!

I have asthma and noticed an immediate relief

I can't believe the difference in my house. I have at least 90% less dust. Dusting was an every day chore now I can get away with once a week. The house smells clean. When the furnace runs there is no smell. Highly recommend this procedure and the crew. They were very professional and extremely polite. Showed me some of the dust collection (it had been at least 40 years). They earned their money!

Great! Tony and Brandon arrived at the scheduled time, set up their equipment and in less than two hours completed the job and packed up their equipment and cleaned up so that you would never even know they had been there. Throughout they were diligent and professional, knowing exactly what needed to be done and proceeding in a very businesslike and professional manner. We would definitely recommend theme and would retain them again when this service is needed.

Fantastic! Had these guys out in 2015, liked them so much had them back in April 2017. Brandon and Tony were awesome, called to confirm the appointment, called to ask if it was ok if they came early (they actually were done before the appt was supposed to start!), were friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Took care of the maintenance in no time, talked to me about the nifty filter I bought from them in 2015. Best part about this company besides their competence and nice people is there is no sales pitch to buy more, pay more, spend more. Just good honest people! Will have them back out every time I need my furnace cleaned, thank you Tony and Brandon!

The technicians, Tony and Brandon, did a great job. They were very thorough and worked efficiently. They even pointed out a return duct that was having insufficient flow so I could investigate the issue. They navigated well through our multiple family garage also. Very professional. I would call on them again.

Air Care USA was fantastic. Met the owner at the Seattle Home Show and he was very informative without being pushy at all !!! We set the date, they phoned a reminder, and then they showed up right on time and the whole thing took less than 2 hours. They showed me photos of "before and after" in our cold air return and dryer vent (gross !!), and now we finally feel like we are breathing clean air in our home :)

Great work, they were right on time, walked me through the process, and took great care to cover all of the flooring and rugs. We had just remodeled so they were super-careful. They had a couple suggestions as far as new filters, etc but weren't pushy about it, just answered my questions and left me the brochures. Great crew and very personable!
