"My house sits next to a sensitive nature area so I want to get my second story deck permitted and done right. For months I couldn't find a contractor that is willing to follow the rules and do it right. Some didn't even bother showing up. . . . until Tom decided to take on the challenge. He helped me navigate the City of Sammamish permitting, surveying and engineering process. Lots of patience with me and with the city. Once the permit was issued, the execution was flawless. Great quality of work. Our previous dilapidated deck was an eye sore and a danger for the past 3 years of us owning the home. It took Tom, Mike and his crew only one week to transform it into a deck that we love (not exaggerating but the day they wrecked the old deck was simply cathartic and therapeutic to me). I'm highly recommending Eastside Fence and Deck."
