The roofing crew did a nice job of cleaning up the yard of all debris and used a rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. Only found one nail in the driveway, luckily not with car tire. Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. Can't wait until the windows and siding is started. Based on the work so far, I would definitely recommend AAPCO for their quality work."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I purchased the $125 big deal for 4-hours of wood rot restoration/repair.  Mike contacted me promptly and coordinated a time to visit and evaluate the repair.  He quoted me the additional cost necessary and we scheduled the repairs.  We had to reschedule twice (shifting by one week each time) because of weather (wanted to be able to repair and paint in same day, without rain).  He and a co-worker arrived at the scheduled time and immediately went to work.  They removed the gutter and light fixture, cut-out and repaired the two rotted areas, and painted the repair.  The repair is not noticeable and Mike was professional and respectful in all his dealings.  I would recommend Big Mike's Maintenance for similar repairs.

"Jim and Justin provided plenty of advice and recommendations, including siding for the side of the house the door and window would have been altered on. They came and went over the estimate line by line and answered any questions we had. They had some many more "extras" that other estimates didn't offer, such as ensuring we had permits and licensed electricians and plumbers to making sure the one side of siding was easily added to when we did the other 3 sides. The only reason we did not hire them at this time is lack of funds! We look forward to using them when we are ready to move forward with this kitchen remodel!"
